**A Sudden Change in Time**
Part 1
The warm glow of the setting sun cast a romantic ambiance over the evening stroll down the street with my beautiful wife Kyaa. It was our second anniversary, and I had planned a perfect day, starting with a fancy dinner at a rooftop restaurant overlooking the city. The food was exquisite, the wine was fine, and Kyaa looked stunning in her red dress. We had laughed and talked, reminiscing about our two years together and making plans for the future. As we walked hand in hand, enjoying the gentle breeze, I felt grateful for this life we had built together. Kyaa squeezed my hand, and I looked down at her, smiling. Her dark hair was tied up in a loose bun, and her eyes sparkled with happiness. I couldn't help but feel a surge of love and adoration for this incredible woman. We turned a corner, and I noticed a car screeching around the next corner, its tires squealing in protest. My instincts kicked in, and I pushed Kyaa away from the oncoming vehicle, but I didn't move quickly enough. The car hit me with a loud thud, and everything went dark. When I came to, I was disoriented and in pain. I tried to sit up, but a sharp ache in my head and chest made me wince. As my vision cleared, I saw a woman sitting beside me, her face etched with concern. "Oh, thank goodness you're awake," she said, her voice soft and soothing. I tried to speak, but my throat was dry and scratchy. I cleared my throat and looked at the woman. She was...Kyaa? But not the Kyaa I knew. This woman had gray streaks in her hair, and her eyes, although similar, seemed older and wiser. She wore a fine dress with fur trim, and her neck and ears were adorned with gold and diamond jewelry. "Who...who are you?" I stammered. The woman smiled, and her eyes crinkled at the corners. "I'm Kyaa," she said, her voice firm. "It's me, your wife." I shook my head, trying to clear the cobwebs. "What...what happened?" Kyaa's expression turned somber. "You were in an accident. It's been...a long time." I looked at her, confusion etched on my face. "What do you mean?" Kyaa took a deep breath. "It's been 28 years," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. I felt like I'd been punched in the gut. 28 years? What was she talking about? I looked around, trying to take in my surroundings. We were in a hospital room, I realized. The equipment and machines beeping around us seemed to blur together as I stared at Kyaa. "What's going on?" I asked, my voice shaking. Kyaa's eyes filled with tears, and she reached out to take my hand. "I've been waiting for you," she said, her voice cracking with emotion. "I've been waiting for you to come back to me."
