"Unraveling Deceit"

Part 1

The dimly lit lobby of the hotel was abuzz with the gentle hum of conversation, the soft glow of the chandeliers casting a warm ambiance over the scene. I stood outside the hotel, still reeling from the events of Streamer Prom. Silky had driven us back to our hotel, and I had considered asking him to stay with me, but before I could muster the courage, he spoke up, "I should get to my room, it's getting late and my flight's early in the morning." I needed an excuse to go with him, and I couldn't just ask him to hang out. "Did you pack any lotion, I forgot to and I'm a bit ashy," I said, trying to sound as nonchalant as possible. Silky nodded, "I do, follow me to my room, it'll only take me a minute to grab." I followed him to the elevator, my heart racing with excitement. As we ascended to the top floor, I couldn't help but wonder if Silky had planned for me to come to his room. The top floor of this hotel was reserved for the king suites, and I felt a thrill of anticipation. As we reached the door to Silky's room, he knocked on the door before opening it with his keycard. That was strange, but I brushed it off as a quirk. He entered and held the door, and I followed him into the room. Silky closed the door behind me, and I took a moment to look around. That's when I saw them. Jason and Adapt were cuddled up on Silky's bed, looking like they were in their own little world. My eyes widened in shock, and I felt a wave of anger wash over me. What was going on here? Silky didn't seem to care at all, just casually walking over to the dresser and grabbing a bottle of lotion. "Hey, guys, I brought Ryah up to grab some lotion," he said, like it was no big deal. Jason and Adapt turned to face us, and their expressions were a mix of guilt and nonchalance. Jason, with his short, fluffy bleach-dyed hair, looked particularly sheepish. Adapt, on the other hand, seemed to be trying to play it cool. "Hey, Ryah," Jason said, trying to sound casual. "What's up?" I took a step forward, my eyes locked on Silky. "What's going on here?" I demanded, my voice low and even. Silky turned to face me, a look of calm on his face. "Just hanging out, Ryah. What's it to you?" I felt a surge of anger at his nonchalance. "You're dating me on stream, and you're cuddled up with these two in your room?" I asked, my voice rising. Silky raised an eyebrow. "I'm not dating you, Ryah. We're just playing a role." I took a step closer to him, my eyes flashing with anger. "Don't play dumb with me, Silky. I know you're trying to make it seem like we're a couple on stream, but this...this is something else entirely." I turned to Jason and Adapt, my gaze piercing. "And what about you two? You're in a relationship with Silky, aren't you?" The room fell silent, and I could feel the tension building. Jason and Adapt exchanged a nervous glance, while Silky just watched me with an unreadable expression. Adapt spoke up, his voice a little shaky. "Ryah, it's not what you think. We're just...complicated." I laughed, a harsh sound. "Complicated? You're complicated? You're 28, Silky, and you're dating two guys who are 21 and 28 respectively. That's not complicated, that's just messed up." I turned to Silky, my eyes blazing. "And what about me? You know I have feelings for you, Silky. How could you do this to me?" Silky's expression finally changed, and he looked taken aback. "Ryah, I...I care about you, but-" "Caring about me?" I interrupted, my voice rising. "You call this caring about me? You're using me on stream to boost your ratings, and you're actually dating two other guys behind my back?" I felt a tear roll down my cheek, and I quickly wiped it away. The room was silent, the only sound the heavy breathing of the four of us. I knew I had to get out of there, but I couldn't bring myself to leave. Not yet. "This isn't over, Silky," I said, my voice cold. "This isn't over, and I'm going to make sure everyone knows about this." As I turned to leave, I caught a glimpse of Jason and Adapt's guilty expressions. Silky's face was still calm, but I could see the faintest glimmer of fear in his eyes. I smiled to myself, knowing that I had them right where I wanted them. This was far from over.
