The Journey to Ahtohallan

Part 1

Queen Iduna stood at the bow of the ship, her brown hair done up in a coronet braid, whipping in the wind as she gazed out at the endless expanse of water. Beside her, King Agnarr grasped the rail, his eyes fixed on the horizon. They were bound for Ahtohallan, the mystical river said to hold the secrets of the past. Iduna was determined to learn more about her daughters, Elsa and Anna, and their destinies. As they sailed, Iduna felt a sense of excitement and trepidation. What secrets would Ahtohallan reveal to her? Would she find answers to the questions that had plagued her since Elsa's powers had manifested? She glanced over at Agnarr, who was watching her with a concerned expression. "My love," he said, taking her hand, "are you certain this is a good idea? The journey is not an easy one." Iduna smiled, her eyes shining with determination. "I must do this, Agnarr. For Elsa and Anna, for our kingdom. I need to know what the future holds." Agnarr nodded, his face set in a resolute expression. "Then we shall face it together." The days passed, and the sea grew rougher. Iduna clung to the rail as the ship pitched and rolled, the wind and waves battering them relentlessly. Agnarr tried to keep her safe, but even he could not shield her from the fury of the storm. As the tempest raged on, Iduna's thoughts turned to her daughters, and the life they had left behind in Arendelle. She wondered if she would ever see them again, or if she would find the answers she sought on the mystical river. The ship creaked and groaned, and Iduna's grip on the rail tightened as she struggled to stay upright. The storm seemed to stretch on forever, but eventually, it began to subside, leaving behind a eerie calm. Iduna's relief was short-lived, however, as she spotted a massive wave crashing towards them. The ship buckled and groaned, and Iduna felt herself being torn from the rail. She managed to grab onto a piece of debris, clinging to it as the ship was tossed about like a toy. Agnarr tried to reach for her, but the waves pulled him under. Iduna watched in horror as he struggled to surface, but it was too late. He was gone, lost beneath the waves. The reality of her situation hit Iduna like a ton of bricks. She was alone, adrift in the middle of the ocean, with no sign of land in sight. The shock and grief of losing Agnarr washed over her, and she felt herself slipping under the surface, the debris her only lifeline. As she clung to the wreckage, Iduna's mind reeled with thoughts of her daughters, and the life she would never get to share with Agnarr. She was consumed by a sense of despair, and the vast expanse of the ocean seemed to stretch out before her like an endless grave. But even in her darkest moment, Iduna found a spark of determination within herself. She would survive, for Elsa and Anna's sake, and she would find her way back to them, no matter what the cost.
