A Moment of Vulnerability
Part 14
Over an hour had passed since Sangwoo's departure, and Jason had been left to his own devices, trapped in a sea of thoughts and emotions. The silence was oppressive, punctuated only by the occasional creak of the old house. Jason's stomach growled, reminding him that he hadn't eaten since breakfast. He wondered if Sangwoo would bring him food, or if he would be left to starve. The door creaked open, and Sangwoo walked in, a plate of steaming hot food in his hands. Jason's eyes widened as he took in the sight of the meal: a juicy chicken breast, roasted vegetables, and a side of mashed potatoes. His stomach growled louder, and he felt a surge of hunger. Sangwoo's face lit up with a smile as he set the plate down in front of Jason. "I brought you some dinner, little one," he said, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "I hope you're hungry." Jason nodded, his mouth watering at the sight of the food. He picked up his fork, and Sangwoo sat down beside him, watching with an intensity that made Jason feel uneasy. As Jason took his first bite, he closed his eyes, savoring the flavors. The chicken was tender, the vegetables perfectly cooked, and the mashed potatoes creamy. He couldn't help but let out a small moan of pleasure, and Sangwoo's eyes lit up with delight. Jason tried to suppress the noises, he really did. But his mouth seemed to have a mind of its own, and he found himself making little sighs and moans as he ate. He glanced up at Sangwoo, hoping that he wouldn't notice, but it was too late. Sangwoo's face was twisted into a...questionable expression, his eyes gleaming with an unsettling light. Jason felt a shiver run down his spine as he realized that Sangwoo was enjoying his reactions, was actually feeding off them. He tried to eat quietly, but it was no use. His body seemed to be reacting to the food, and Sangwoo was reacting to him. As Jason finished his meal, Sangwoo jumped up, his face still twisted into that unsettling expression. "I'll go eat and clean up downstairs," he said, his voice low and husky. "You just rest, little one." Jason nodded, feeling a wave of relief wash over him. He was glad to be rid of Sangwoo's intense gaze, if only for a little while. As he heard the door close behind Sangwoo, he let out a sigh of relief, his shoulders sagging in exhaustion. But as he sat there, alone in the silence, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was in grave danger, that Sangwoo's intentions were far from pure. And that thought sent a chill down his spine, making him wonder what the future held.
