**Fractured Innocence**

Part 2

As Junhee comforts Myung-gi with her soothing words, Gihun is across the room, accompanied by Young-up, and Gihun warily stares at the other pair. Gihun knew something was off between the two, that they had known each other outside the games. He could tell by the way Junhee avoided him, by the way she stared so coldly at him. But now she was over there, looking pissed but also upset, which clearly had been brought on by player 333. But somebody else since player 333 was balling his eyes out. Young-il's eyes bore into the duo, more specifically they bore into Player 333. Young-il was upset, no, he was fuming. When he was looking over player profiles when he was doing the research for the games, he instantly took a liking to Myung-gi. The boy was adorable and looked quite similar compared to Young-il's deceased wife. Young-il had his eyes on the boy ever since and had wanted him for himself but had never had the excuse in these horrid games to walk up to him. But now Young-il's newest obsession was crying and getting comfort from his ex-girlfriend (Myung-gi's ex-girlfriend, aka Junhee). The comfort wasn't what upset him, not to the extent of his anger at the very least. It wasn't the fact the boy was crying; no, that could've been caused by stress for what anybody could know. But it wasn't from stress, no, it clearly wasn't; that was the problem. His boy was hurt, he was damaged both physically and mentally, he was limping, he was bleeding, he was crying. Young-il was fuming. So within an instant, he stood very fast but very quietly, for most of the other players were sleeping. Young-il quietly but also quickly strode towards Myung-gi and Junhee, as Gihun looked over in shock and a bit of concern. Junhee and Myung-gi hadn't realized he was walking over to them until he was standing in front of Myung-gi's bed. Myung-gi instantly hid his face and his tears by looking away, and Junhee looked towards Young-il. She was about to tell him that right now wasn't the best time, but then she saw something different in those brown eyes of her teammate, something dark, something filled with venom. "What happened, who did this to you," Young-il's sharp and commanding tone spoke. Myung-gi shuddered and kept his face hidden. Junhee responded, "Young-il, it's okay, he just needs alone time right now." Young-il glared at her, and with that look, she knew what he was thinking. But if he needed alone time, why was she sitting with him? Young-il looked towards Myung-gi once more, "If you tell me what happened and who did this to you, I can help." Myung-gi broke; he sobbed a little louder and revealed his tear-filled face to the man he knows as a stranger, and responds, "How will you help, huh, he hurt me…. He forced me to…..," Myung-gi couldn't bring himself to finish that statement, but he didn't need to because Young-il was a smart, smart man and knew what it meant. Myung-gi was raped by another player, who was still unknown to Young-il, but he'd find out. Young-il's face darkened, his eyes burning with a fierce anger. He looked at Junhee, and for a moment, their eyes locked. Junhee could see the promise in his eyes, a promise of vengeance. She nodded slightly, as if to say, "I'll let you handle it." The air was thick with tension as Young-il's gaze lingered on Myung-gi's battered face. His mind was already racing with plans, with strategies, with ways to make the perpetrator pay. And Junhee, sensing the storm brewing inside him, could only hope that he would be able to control it, to channel it into something that would bring justice to Myung-gi, rather than destruction.
