New Beginnings
Part 2
Lyra stepped out of the taxi and onto the campus of Oakwood University, her eyes scanning the sprawling grounds as she took a deep breath of the crisp autumn air. It was hard to believe that just two weeks ago, she was sitting in her office, worrying about the future of her team. Now, she was about to embark on a new journey as Ethan's personal assistant and dorm mate. As she made her way to the dorm building, Lyra couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. She was excited to start this new chapter, but also nervous about living with a college student and being responsible for his well-being. Mr. Thompson's arrangements had ensured that Lyra would be living in the same dorm as Ethan, in a conveniently located apartment just down the hall from his room. Lyra's bags were quickly unloaded and settled into the apartment, and she took a moment to freshen up before heading out to meet Ethan. She had been told that he would be waiting for her in the student union building, and as she entered the bustling hall, she spotted him immediately. Ethan was tall and lean, with messy brown hair and a charming smile. He was sitting at a table, surrounded by friends, and Lyra couldn't help but notice the way his eyes sparkled with mischief as he laughed and joked with his peers. As she approached, he caught her eye and grinned, standing up to greet her. "Hey, you must be Lyra," he said, his voice low and smooth. "My dad's told me so much about you. I'm Ethan." Lyra smiled and extended her hand, trying to appear professional despite the flutter in her chest. "It's nice to meet you, Ethan. I'm looking forward to working with you and making sure your college experience is a successful one." As they shook hands, Lyra couldn't help but notice the way Ethan's eyes lingered on her body, particularly her curves. She felt a blush rise to her cheeks, but tried to brush it off as mere awkwardness. As they chatted, Lyra began to realize that Ethan was a bit of a troublemaker. He was charming and charismatic, but also seemed to have a knack for pushing boundaries and testing limits. She found herself smiling and laughing as he regaled her with stories of his high school adventures, but also made a mental note to keep a close eye on him. As they made their way back to the dorm, Ethan couldn't resist sneaking peeks at Lyra's body, his eyes lingering on her hips and breasts. Lyra caught him a few times, but just smiled and kept walking, trying not to make a big deal out of it. She was determined to maintain a professional relationship with Ethan, but she couldn't deny the spark of attraction that seemed to be growing between them. Despite the sparks of attraction, Lyra was determined to keep things professional. She had a job to do, and she was going to do it to the best of her ability. As they settled into the apartment, Lyra pulled out a folder filled with schedules and plans, and began to outline their daily routine. Ethan grinned, flopping down onto the couch. "You know, Lyra, I'm really glad you're here. I was worried that my dad had hired some boring old chaperone to watch over me. But you're...not what I expected." Lyra raised an eyebrow, trying to keep her cool. "And what did you expect, exactly?" Ethan chuckled, his eyes glinting with mischief. "I expected someone stuffy and boring. But you're...curvy, and sexy, and I have a feeling that this is going to be a really interesting four years." Lyra felt her cheeks flush, but she just smiled and shook her head. "Let's focus on getting settled, shall we? We have a lot to discuss and plan for."
