"Escape from the Beast"

Part 7

Jason was shaking and crying, his eyes wide with fear as he tried to pull his wrist free from MrBeast's grip. But MrBeast's hold was like a vice, and Jason's attempts to break free only seemed to make him laugh. The sound sent shivers down Jason's spine, and he knew he had to get out of there - fast. Just as he was about to make a run for it, Adapt appeared out of nowhere and pried MrBeast's fingers off Jason's wrist. "Hey, let him go," Adapt said, his voice firm but calm. Jason didn't need any further encouragement. He practically ran out of the room, Adapt by his side, and didn't stop until they were back with the rest of the Faze crew. The others were all gathered in the hallway, looking concerned. MrBeast's fake personality dropped away, revealing a sinister grin. "You can't just take him away from me," he spat, his eyes glinting with obsession. "Jason belongs to me. He's mine." Silky and Ron exchanged a look of disgust, their faces twisted in revulsion. Max, who was usually quiet, spoke up, his voice low and angry. "Jason doesn't belong to anybody," he said. "He's not an object." Rage quickly added, "And he's dating us, so he's definitely not interested in you." MrBeast's face darkened, his eyes flashing with anger. He took a step closer, his voice rising to a yell. "You think you can just take him away from me? I'll do whatever it takes to make him mine!" The Faze crew stood their ground, but it was clear they were outmatched. That was when Adapt pushed MrBeast into the room Jason and he had just been in, and slammed the door shut. "Run!" he yelled, his voice carrying over MrBeast's angry shouts. The Faze crew didn't need any further encouragement. They turned and sprinted down the hallway, their footsteps echoing off the walls. They burst through the front door and didn't stop until they were safely inside their rental car. Rage didn't waste any time, slamming the gear into drive and speeding away from the curb. The tires screeched as they took off, leaving MrBeast and his sinister obsession behind. In the backseat, Jason was comforted by Silky and Ron, who wrapped their arms around him and held him close. The rest of the crew was concerned, their faces etched with worry. "Are you okay, Jason?" Lacy asked, his voice soft. Jason nodded, still shaking. "Y-yeah," he stuttered. "I think so." Max turned around, his eyes locked on Jason's. "We're not going to let him hurt you," he said, his voice firm. "You're safe with us." The Faze crew drove in silence for a moment, the only sound the hum of the engine. Then, Silky spoke up, his voice low and soothing. "We're going to get you through this, Jason. We're here for you." Jason smiled weakly, feeling a sense of gratitude towards his friends. He knew he was lucky to have them, and he was determined to make it through this ordeal, as long as they were by his side.
