Their next stop was the enchanting Toad Lake, where Mario and Luigi marveled at the serene beauty of the water and surrounding landscape. They took a short boat ride, during which they spotted Cheep Cheeps swimming in the lake and even caught a glimpse of a shy, hidden Shy Guy. After lunch, Peach led the group to her castle, a magnificent structure with towers, turrets, and lush gardens. Inside, the brothers were amazed by the grandeur of the throne room, the beautifully decorated banquet hall, and the impressive library. As they explored the castle, they met more Toads, including Toadbert's cousin, Toadius, who was in charge of the castle's maintenance. Toadius showed them the intricate mechanisms that kept the castle running smoothly and even gave them a tour of the castle's secret passages.
