**Fading Embers of a Solar Farewell**
Part 12
Earth held both Luna and Titan in a tight hug, trying to comfort them as the reality of their situation sunk in. Uranus, his eyes brimming with tears, wrapped his arm around Neptune, leading the group away from the impending explosion. The celestial bodies moved as one, their hearts heavy with grief. As they walked, Titan suddenly screamed out Saturn's name, his voice echoing through the void. Luna quickly wrapped her arms around him, holding him close. "I'll protect you, Titan," she whispered, trying to calm him down. In front of the swelling red giant Solara, Jupiter and Saturn stood ready, their massive bodies poised to expel their strong gravities and help their friends survive. But as they gazed into each other's eyes, Saturn's composure broke. She began to cry uncontrollably, her body shaking with sobs. Jupiter quickly wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. "It's for the best, my friend," he whispered, trying to comfort her. "We'll reunite as angels, in a place where there's no pain or sorrow." Saturn's tears slowed, and she looked up at Jupiter with pleading eyes. "I don't want to do this," she whispered, her voice barely audible. Jupiter held her tighter. "I know, my friend. But it's the only way. We'll be together, always." The two gas giants shared a moment of quiet, and then Jupiter spoke up. "I'll miss you deeply, Saturn." Saturn nodded, her eyes welling up with tears again. "I'll miss you too, Jupiter." They held hands, their massive bodies trembling with emotion. As one, they focused their energies, preparing to expel their gravities and create a shockwave that would help their friends escape the explosion. In tears, they closed their eyes, and shared a whispered promise. "I love you," they said in unison, their voices carried away by the solar wind. As they hugged each other tightly, Solara swelled and pulsed, her energy building to a catastrophic release. Jupiter and Saturn's bodies began to fall, their gravities expelling as one, creating a massive shockwave that would change the course of their friends' lives forever. And then, in an instant, Solara exploded into a brilliant nova, her light and energy bursting forth in a cataclysmic event that would be remembered for eternity. Jupiter and Saturn's bodies fell, their forms disintegrating into the void as their gravities continued to expel, a final gesture of love and sacrifice. The explosion was all-consuming, leaving nothing but a vast, empty space in its wake. The celestial bodies, now scattered and alone, could only drift, carried by the shockwave, their hearts heavy with the loss of their beloved Solara, and the two gas giants who had given their lives to save them.
