"Rebirth and Return"
Part 3
As the months passed, I continued to heal and grow stronger under Hange's care. The artificial womb had done its job, and I was now ready to be discharged from the hospital. Hange was busy preparing for our journey back to the dragon village, and I could sense his excitement and anticipation. He moved efficiently, packing everything I needed for the trip. He carefully gathered my specialized sensory toys, which had become a source of comfort and joy for me. He also collected my baby toys, which Hange had insisted on keeping, even though I had outgrown them. I smiled to myself, knowing that Hange had a soft spot for sentimental keepsakes. As he finished packing, Hange turned his attention to me. He gently lifted me up into his strong arms, cradling me against his chest. I felt safe and secure in his embrace, and I knew that I was exactly where I was meant to be. Hange wrapped a warm blanket around my fragile body, tucking me in snugly. He then tied the blanket around his shoulder, securing me in place. I looked up at him, and he smiled down at me, his eyes shining with love and adoration. With me safely secured, Hange set off towards the dragon village. As we approached, I could sense a change in the air. The villagers seemed to be stirring, and I could hear the sound of murmured conversations and rustling scales. As we entered the village, the dragon villagers bowed low in front of Hange. "Welcome back, Dragon Emperor Hange," they said in unison, their voices filled with respect and reverence. Hange nodded graciously, his eyes scanning the crowd. "Thank you, my people," he said, his voice deep and commanding. "I have returned with the one who is dear to me. Please, make her feel welcome." The villagers parted, allowing Hange to pass. They gazed at me with curiosity and kindness, and I felt a sense of wonder and excitement. I was about to start a new chapter in my life, surrounded by these magnificent creatures and the man I loved. As we made our way through the village, Hange carried me effortlessly, his strong arms and chest a comfortable and secure haven. I looked up at him, and he smiled down at me, his eyes shining with love and happiness. I knew that I was home, and that I was exactly where I was meant to be. The dragon village was a place of wonder and magic, and I was eager to explore it and learn its secrets. With Hange by my side, I felt invincible, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
