**Chapter 3: A Day of Purpose**

Part 3

As the Cambridge family went their separate ways, the morning sun cast a warm glow over the city. William, James, and George arrived at the children's hospital, where they were greeted by the hospital's director, a warm and welcoming woman named Dr. Emma Taylor. She led them on a tour of the facilities, introducing them to the children and staff along the way. James and George were visibly moved by the sight of the young patients, many of whom were struggling with serious illnesses. They listened intently as Dr. Taylor explained the hospital's mission to provide the best possible care for its young patients, and the challenges they faced in terms of funding and resources. William, proud of his sons' compassion and empathy, smiled as he watched them interact with the children. Meanwhile, Kate, Charlotte, and Louis arrived at the nursery school, where they were welcomed by the teacher, Mrs. Thompson. The nursery school was a small, cozy building with bright colors and cheerful decorations. The children were engaged in various activities, from painting to playing with blocks. Charlotte's eyes lit up as she took in the lively atmosphere, and she eagerly joined in on the craft session. As Kate and Charlotte worked alongside the children, creating colorful cards and pictures, Louis began to explore his surroundings. He wandered over to a group of children playing with blocks, and before long, he was building his own tower. Kate and Charlotte watched with amusement as Louis confidently directed the other children, telling them where to place the blocks and how to build an even taller tower. At the hospital, William, James, and George were about to meet with a group of children who had been helped by the charity. The children had prepared a special performance, and James and George were asked to join in. They nervously took their places on stage, but as they began to sing and dance along with the other children, their nerves disappeared. The audience was filled with parents, hospital staff, and volunteers, all of whom were touched by the performances. Just as the event was wrapping up, a sudden commotion erupted outside the hospital auditorium. A group of reporters and camera crews had gathered, demanding to speak with the royal family. William's team quickly sprang into action, trying to shield the children from the chaos. But James, ever the quick thinker, had an idea. He grabbed a microphone from one of the organizers and stepped out onto the stage, a confident smile on his face. "Hello, everyone," he began, his voice clear and steady. "I know you're here to ask my father and me some questions, but I was wondering if I could ask you something first. What do you think is the most important thing we can do to help children like the ones here in this hospital?" The reporters looked at each other, taken aback by James's bold question. But as they began to respond, James listened intently, his eyes sparkling with curiosity. Back at the nursery school, Kate, Charlotte, and Louis were finishing up their visit. As they prepared to leave, Mrs. Thompson approached Kate with a concerned look on her face. "Kate, I don't want to trouble you, but we've had a bit of an incident. One of the children, a little boy named Max, has become quite attached to Louis. He's been following him around, and I'm worried he might be getting a bit too clingy." Kate smiled reassuringly. "Don't worry, Mrs. Thompson. I'm sure Louis can handle it. He's a very friendly and outgoing child." But as they left the nursery school, Kate couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. She glanced back at the school, wondering what the day might still have in store for them.
