The Subathon Celebration

Part 1

The lights in Jasontheween's room were dimmed, but the camera in front of him was still live, broadcasting to over 20,000 viewers. It had been 20 days since the Faze Clan subathon started, a month-long 24-hour live streaming event where Jasontheween and Adapt had been entertaining their fans non-stop. Tonight was special; they had decided to celebrate their success with a night of drinking. Jasontheween, who was 20 at the time, had only taken a shot, while the others had been drinking more freely. As the night wore on, Jasontheween started to feel the effects of the alcohol. He was extremely lightweight, and it didn't take much for him to get drunk. He isolated himself in his room, crying and talking to his chat. The camera on his desk computer faced his bed, where he sat on an office chair, his body shaking with sobs. His chat was filled with messages of encouragement and support, but Jasontheween was too far gone to read them. He was lost in his own thoughts, overwhelmed with emotions. Just as Jasontheween was starting to feel like he was alone in the world, Ron walked into his room. Ron was mostly sober, and his calm demeanor was a stark contrast to Jasontheween's emotional state. "Hey, man, are you okay?" Ron asked, concern etched on his face. Jasontheween looked up at Ron, his eyes red and puffy from crying. "Yeah, I'm fine," he said, his voice shaking. Ron sat down in a folding chair next to Jasontheween, his camera man recording on his stream. "I'm proud of you, Jasontheween," Ron said, his voice filled with sincerity. "You've done an amazing job during this subathon. You're an inspiration to so many people." Jasontheween looked at Ron, his eyes welling up with tears again. He felt a lump form in his throat as he tried to speak, but no words came out. Just then, Lacy walked into the room, his cameraman in tow. Lacy was drunk, but he was still coherent enough to hug Jasontheween and flop onto his bed. "Hey, Jason, what's going on?" Lacy asked, his voice slurred. Jasontheween smiled weakly at Lacy, still trying to process his emotions. Ron continued to talk to Jasontheween, trying to console him, while Lacy listened in on the conversation. The room was starting to fill up with people, but Jasontheween didn't notice. He was too busy trying to deal with his emotions. He felt like he was on cloud nine, with his friends surrounding him and telling him how proud they were of him. But little did he know, the night was just getting started, and it would take a turn that would change everything.
