**Chapter 5: Tears of Regret**
Part 5
Link sniffled, his eyes welling up with tears as he stared at the door Harry had stormed out of. He felt a pang of sadness and regret, realizing that he might never see Harry again. He tried to speak, but his voice cracked and broke as he sobbed. "Me... me no mean to make Harr mad... Me just wanna be friends... Me love Harr..." Emily, who was sitting on the couch, got up and approached Link. She tried to comfort him, but it was hard to understand what he was saying through his tears and broken grammar. "Link, it's okay, I'm here for you. What's wrong?" she asked, trying to calm him down. Link sniffled and tried again, "Me... me just wanna make Harr happy... Me do somethin' to make Harr like me... Me no wanna lose Harr..." His voice trailed off as he burst into another sob. Emily tried to decipher what Link was saying, but it was difficult. She assumed that he was feeling guilty and wanted to make things right with Harry. "Okay, Link, I think I understand. You want to do something to make Harry happy, right?" Link nodded, still sniffling. Emily smiled and patted him on the back. "Okay, let's think of something. But first, let's calm down and talk about this." As Emily tried to comfort Link, he suddenly looked out the window and saw a familiar figure lurking in the shadows. Bigfoot, his old friend, was standing outside, watching the house. Link's expression changed from sadness to excitement, but then he remembered that he was trying to make Harry happy, and Bigfoot often scared Harry. Link's eyes lit up with a mischievous idea. He quickly wiped away his tears and exclaimed, "Me go scare Bigfoot! Me make Harr happy!" Emily's eyes widened in alarm as Link rushed to the door. "Link, no! Wait!" Emily called out, but Link was already out the door, determined to scare off Bigfoot and do something to make Harry happy. He ran outside, his large strides quickly covering the distance to where Bigfoot was standing. Bigfoot, sensing Link's approach, turned around with a friendly smile. But Link was not there to socialize. With a loud roar, he charged at Bigfoot, waving his arms and making a big show of himself. Bigfoot, taken aback by Link's sudden aggression, let out a startled yelp and turned to run away. Link watched with satisfaction as Bigfoot disappeared into the night. He felt a sense of accomplishment, thinking that he had done something to make Harry happy. As he turned to go back inside, he saw Emily standing in the doorway, a mixture of concern and amusement on her face. "Link, what did you just do?" she asked, shaking her head. Link grinned, feeling proud of himself. "Me scare Bigfoot! Me make Harr happy!" Emily chuckled and shook her head. "I'm not sure that's going to make Harry happy, Link. But I think we need to go talk to him and find out."
