A New Beginning

Part 4

The door to Julie's hospital room swung open, and a nurse entered with a tray of steaming hot food. "Good morning, Julie! Time to start eating, okay?" she said with a warm smile. Julie's stomach growled at the delicious smell, but she felt a bit apprehensive. Her throat was still sore, and the thought of eating was a bit daunting. Yoongi, who was sitting beside her bed, stood up and took the tray from the nurse. "I'll help her," he said, his eyes locked on Julie's. The nurse nodded and left the room, leaving Yoongi to help Julie with her meal. He carefully placed the tray on her lap and began to cut up the food into small, manageable pieces. "Okay, let's start with some soup," he said, picking up a spoon and scooping up some liquid. Julie opened her mouth, and Yoongi gently fed her. The warm soup soothed her throat, and she felt a surge of energy as she swallowed. As they continued to eat, Yoongi chatted with her, telling her stories and making her laugh. Julie felt a sense of comfort and relaxation wash over her, and before she knew it, she had finished the entire meal. Yoongi beamed with pride as he wiped her mouth with a napkin. "You're doing great, Julie," he said, his voice filled with affection. As he finished cleaning up, he turned to her and gently brushed a strand of hair behind her ear. His eyes locked on hers, and for a moment, the atmosphere in the room felt charged. Without another word, Yoongi leaned forward and pressed his lips to her forehead. "Everything's gonna be all right, Julie," he whispered, his voice low and soothing. Julie felt a shiver run down her spine as she closed her eyes, savoring the warmth of his kiss. She knew that with Yoongi by her side, she could face anything. As she opened her eyes, Yoongi smiled and sat back, his eyes never leaving hers. "You're going to be just fine," he said, his voice filled with conviction. In that moment, Julie felt a sense of peace wash over her. She knew that she was in good hands, and that with Yoongi's care and support, she would get through this difficult time.
