"A Night to Remember"

Part 45

As the evening drew to a close, Caleb walked with the group of girls back to the castle, feeling a sense of camaraderie and belonging he had never experienced before. The girls chattered excitedly among themselves, reliving the highlights of the evening and making plans for their next get-together. As they approached the castle, Cinderella said, "I'm so glad we did this tonight. It's been ages since I've had so much fun." Belle nodded in agreement, "I know, me too. It's wonderful to have found friends who share similar interests." The group continued to talk and laugh as they entered the castle, making their way to the grand hall. Tiana said, "I'm so full from dinner, I don't think I can eat anything else for a week." Rapunzel giggled, "I know, right? I think I gained a few pounds just from the desserts." As they reached the hallway leading to their rooms, Sleeping Beauty said, "I think it's time for us to get some rest. We've got a big day ahead of us next week." Snow White nodded, "Besides, we don't want to be tired for our karaoke party." The group of girls gathered together, forming a tight circle around Caleb. Moana said, "We're all going to head to our rooms now, but before we do, let's have a group hug and say goodnight." The girls all wrapped their arms around each other, and Caleb joined in, feeling a sense of warmth and connection. As they hugged, Ariel said, "Goodnight, everyone. Sweet dreams." Jasmine added, "And don't forget to bring your dancing shoes next week, Caleb." As they pulled back from the hug, the girls formed a line in front of Caleb. Elsa said, "We're all going to kiss you goodnight, Caleb." Anna chimed in, "Yeah, it's a tradition." The girls each took turns kissing Caleb on the cheek, saying goodnight as they went. Cinderella went first, followed by Belle, Tiana, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Rapunzel, Pocahontas, Mulan, Elsa, Anna, Moana, Ariel, Jasmine, and Merida. Each kiss was accompanied by a whispered "goodnight" or a gentle smile. As the last girl kissed him goodnight, Caleb felt his heart swell with affection for these wonderful women. He smiled, feeling grateful for the friendship they had formed. "Goodnight, everyone," he said, his voice filled with emotion. "I'll see you all next week." The girls all smiled and waved, before turning to head to their respective rooms. As they disappeared down the hallway, Caleb stood there for a moment, feeling a sense of contentment wash over him. He knew that this was just the beginning of a special friendship, one that would bring joy and laughter into his life for a long time to come. With a happy heart, he turned and headed to his own room, ready to drift off to sleep with a smile on his face.
