**Rebirth and Return**

Part 3

Few weeks had passed since I'd last been aware of the world outside the nest. Hange's dragon magic had worked wonders, and I was finally strong enough to be discharged from the hospital. As I lay on the bed, Hange bustled around me, gathering all of my sensory toys and favorite baby toys. He carefully placed them into a large bag, making sure not to forget anything. I watched him with wide eyes, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. Where were we going? What would happen next? Hange noticed my gaze and smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "We're going home, my love," he said, his voice low and soothing. "We're going to the dragon village, where you'll continue to recover and grow strong." I nodded, feeling a sense of trust wash over me. I was ready to leave the hospital behind and start my new life with Hange. With a gentle smile, Hange scooped me up into his strong arms. I felt a rush of excitement as he lifted me, cradling me against his chest. I wrapped my arms around his neck, feeling safe and secure. As we walked out of the hospital, I caught a glimpse of the bright sunlight and fresh air. It was overwhelming, but Hange's dragon magic shielded me from the sensory overload. I closed my eyes, feeling his warm breath on my skin, and let him guide me. The journey to the dragon village was a blur of movement and color. I peeked out of Hange's arms, taking in the sights and sounds of the world outside. The trees, the buildings, and the creatures all seemed new and fascinating. As we approached the dragon village, I heard a chorus of welcoming voices. "Welcome back, Dragon Emperor Hange!" they called out. Hange smiled, his chest puffing out with pride. "My boyfriend has finally been discharged from the hospital," he announced. "Please prepare for his recovery. He'll need all the care and attention we can give him." The villagers nodded, their faces filled with warmth and concern. I felt a sense of gratitude towards them, knowing that they would help me heal and adjust to my new life. As we entered the village, I caught a glimpse of the sprawling structures and bustling activity. There were dragons of all shapes and sizes, some with scales that shone like gold, others with wings that seemed to glow with an inner light. Hange carried me through the crowds, his arms strong and sure. I felt like a king, or rather, a dragon emperor's consort, being escorted through his domain. We arrived at a beautiful structure with intricate carvings and a warm, golden glow. Hange gently placed me on a soft, plush bed, and I looked up at him with wide eyes. "Welcome home, my love," he said, his voice filled with emotion. "You're safe here, and I'll take care of you until you're strong enough to take on the world again." I smiled, feeling a sense of peace wash over me. I was home, and I was exactly where I was meant to be.
