**The Day They Left Me**
Part 1
I remember every detail of that day, like it was etched into my brain forever. It was a typical Wednesday morning, and I had just made breakfast for my husband, the four hotels, and me. We were lying in bed, enjoying a lazy morning, when suddenly they sat up and looked at me with a concerned expression. "Something's ain't right, sweetie," they said, their voice weak but full of worry. I immediately felt a pang of fear and sat up beside them. "What's wrong? What's happening?" I asked, but they just shook their head. They took my hand in theirs, and I could feel their pulse racing, their skin cold and clammy. I quickly got out of bed and went to call an ambulance, trying to stay calm. "Please, please, please," I whispered, dialing the numbers, my hands shaking. The four hotels were holding my hand tightly, their eyes locked on mine. "I love you, Noa," they whispered, their voice barely audible. "You're my everything. I'm so sorry..." Their words trailed off, and they looked at me with a mixture of sadness and fear. I could see the pain and weakness taking over their body. Their pulse got slower and slower, and their skin turned pale. "No, no, no," I screamed, feeling their hand slipping away from mine. I held on tight, but it was too late. Their eyes, once bright and full of life, looked at me with a sad, empty expression, and then they were gone. Their hand slipped away from mine, and they fell back onto the bed, their body limp and still. I was screaming and crying, calling their name, but they didn't respond. I was in shock, but I knew I had to do something. I quickly got out of the house and waited for the paramedics to arrive. When they came, they tried to revive the four hotels, but it was too late. They couldn't bring them back. I was beside myself, screaming and crying, feeling like my world was crashing down around me. The paramedics tried to comfort me, but I was in too much pain. They put me into an ambulance and took me to the hospital. The ride to the hospital was a blur. I was in shock, and everything felt like it was happening to someone else. The doctors and nurses tried to talk to me, but I couldn't hear them. I was too busy replaying the scene in my head, wondering if there was anything I could have done to save them. When we arrived at the hospital, I was taken to a room and put on a bed. I don't remember much of what happened next. I was in and out of consciousness, surrounded by doctors and nurses trying to help me. All I knew was that the four hotels were gone, and I was left with a gaping hole in my heart. I couldn't imagine living without them. They were my everything, my soulmate, my love. As I lay there, I couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right. That someone had taken them away from me, and I was determined to find out who. But for now, I just lay there, surrounded by the sterile hospital smell, and cried for the love of my life, the four hotels.
