Chapter 16: Consumed by Desire
Part 16
The world around them melted away, leaving only the thrum of their hearts and the rush of their breathing. Nia felt like she was drowning in Jon's eyes, suffocating under the weight of his desire. And yet, she couldn't help but crave more. She wrapped her legs around his waist, her heels digging into his back as he lifted her up, pinning her against the wall. Their lips never parted, their tongues dancing in a frantic rhythm that left her breathless. Jon's hands roamed over her body, tracing the curves of her hips, the swell of her breasts. Every touch sent shivers down her spine, every kiss igniting a fire that threatened to consume her. As they made love, the room around them dissolved into chaos. Plates shattered on the floor, glasses clinked, and the table creaked under the weight of their passion. But Nia didn't care; she was lost in the sensation of Jon's body pressed against hers, his heat seeping into her bones. In that moment, she was his, completely and utterly. She felt like she was a part of him, like their bodies were connected on a primal level. And as they reached the peak of their passion, Nia knew that she would never be able to go back to the way things were before. As they finally broke apart, gasping for air, Nia felt like she was coming up for oxygen. She looked up at Jon, her eyes locking with his, and saw the same desire reflected back at her. They stood there for a moment, frozen in time, as the world around them slowly came back into focus. Jon's eyes never left hers as he slowly lowered her to the ground, his hands still wrapped around her waist. Nia felt a sense of disappointment as he pulled away, but Jon's gaze never wavered. "I need to tell you something," he said, his voice low and husky. Nia's heart skipped a beat as she looked up at him, her mind still reeling from their passion. "What is it?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper. Jon took a deep breath, his eyes searching hers. "I've been doing some digging, Nia. I think I know what's going on with your sister." Nia's heart stopped. She felt like she'd been punched in the gut, all the air knocked out of her. "What do you mean?" she asked, her voice shaking. Jon's expression was grim. "I think she's in trouble, Nia. And I think we need to do something about it."
