A Miracle in the Operating Room

The bright lights of the operating room flashed above Jacquie as she lay on the table, Noah holding her hand tightly as the medical team prepared for the C-section. She gasped in wonder, taking in the tiny features of Ellie, Aca, and Mys. The nurse handed Noah a mirror, and he held it up for Jacquie to see their babies' first reflections.
