Unspoken Feelings

Part 5

Judd's words hung in the air, leaving Andrew feeling both intrigued and terrified. He had never considered Judd in a romantic way before, and the idea of it made him feel uneasy. But at the same time, he couldn't deny the spark of attraction that had been growing between them for months. Andrew took a deep breath, trying to process his emotions. He looked into Judd's eyes, searching for any sign of insincerity, but all he saw was genuine emotion. "I've had feelings for you for a long time, Andrew," Judd confessed, his voice trembling slightly. "I know it may come as a shock, but I couldn't keep it inside anymore. I had to tell you." Andrew's mind reeled as he tried to wrap his head around Judd's confession. He had always thought of Judd as just a friend, a bit of a bully, but also someone who had a soft spot for him. But romantic feelings? That was a whole different story. As Andrew stood there, frozen in shock, Judd took a step closer to him. "I know this may be a lot to take in," Judd said, his eyes filled with concern. "But I wanted to be honest with you. I want to see where this could go, if you're willing to give it a chance." Andrew felt a mix of emotions swirling inside him. Part of him was repelled by the idea of Judd's confession, but another part was curious. He had always felt a connection with Judd, even if it was a complicated one. As he looked into Judd's eyes, Andrew saw something there that he hadn't seen before - vulnerability. Judd was taking a huge risk by confessing his feelings, and Andrew couldn't help but admire his courage. "I...I don't know what to say," Andrew stammered, feeling a little overwhelmed. Judd's face fell, and for a moment, Andrew thought he had made a mistake. But then, Judd's expression softened, and he reached out to gently brush a strand of hair out of Andrew's face. "You don't have to say anything right now," Judd said, his voice gentle. "Just know that I'm not expecting anything. I just wanted to be honest with you, and if you're not feeling the same way, that's okay." Andrew took a deep breath, trying to gather his thoughts. He looked at Judd, really looked at him, and saw the sincerity in his eyes. He felt a spark of attraction, and it was growing. "Okay," Andrew said finally, his voice barely above a whisper. "I'll...I'll think about it. And maybe we can talk more about this later?" Judd's face lit up with a smile, and Andrew's heart skipped a beat. He had no idea what he was getting himself into, but he was willing to take a chance. Judd nodded, his eyes shining with hope. "I'd like that," he said, his voice filled with emotion. As they stood there, the tension between them was palpable. Andrew knew that nothing would ever be the same again, and he wasn't sure if he was ready for what was to come. But he was willing to try, for Judd, and for himself.
