**Beyond the Walls of Motherhood**

Part 1

As I trudged through the rugged terrain, my sharp titan teeth gritted in concentration, my eyes scanned the horizon for any signs of danger. My fellow Survey Corps members and I had been on this expedition for weeks, tasked with gathering intel on the Titans that lurked beyond the walls of our city. But I was different from the others. My titan heritage set me apart, and my relationship with Hange Zoë made me a unique asset to her squad. My instincts as a half-titan, half-human were always on high alert, and now, with my pregnancy, I had a new sense of protectiveness that I had never experienced before. My pouch, swollen and distended, was a constant reminder of the tiny lives growing inside me. Multiple titan hatchlings, each one a miniature version of the monstrous creatures that roamed the land outside our walls. I could feel them squirming and kicking, their tiny movements a soothing sensation that both thrilled and terrified me. Hange, sensing my unease, wrapped her arm around my waist, pulling me close as we set up camp for the night. "Hey, how are you doing?" she asked, her eyes shining with concern. I smiled, my tiger-like teeth glinting in the fading light. "I'm fine, Hange. Just a little... anxious." Hange's gaze dropped to my pouch, and she gently reached out to touch it. "I know, my love. We're all excited to meet the little ones." Her fingers danced across my belly, and one of the unborn titan hatchlings responded by pushing against the pouch. It rubbed against Hange's lips, and she laughed, her eyes sparkling. "They're active today, aren't they?" she whispered, her breath tickling my skin. I nodded, feeling a surge of love and protectiveness. These tiny creatures were a part of me, and I would do anything to keep them safe. Months passed, and my pregnancy progressed. My pouch grew larger, heavier, and my instincts took over. I began to gather materials, constructing a massive nest deep in the forest. Hange and the others watched in awe as I worked tirelessly, driven by a primal urge to create a safe haven for my young. Finally, the day arrived. I lay in my nest, my body trembling with contractions. Hange held me close, her voice soothing as she encouraged me through the pain. And then, it happened. Multiple tiny titan hatchlings emerged, each one no larger than a housecat. They let off high-pitched growls, their eyes snapping open as they latched onto my nipples. I was overwhelmed with joy and exhaustion, but Hange's arm remained wrapped around my waist, holding me close. She watched in wonder as our little family took shape, her eyes shining with tears. The titan hatchlings were tiny, adorable creatures, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and love for them. As they suckled, their tiny growls subsiding into contented sighs, I knew that my life would never be the same. I was a mother, and my role as a protector and caregiver had just begun. Hange leaned in, her lips brushing against my ear. "We're in this together, my love. Always." I smiled, feeling a sense of peace wash over me. With Hange by my side, I knew that we could face anything that came our way. But as I looked down at our little family, I couldn't help but wonder what the future held for us. Would we be able to find a way to coexist with the Titans, or would our existence be forever marked by danger and uncertainty? Only time would tell.
