"A Date with a WWE Star"
Part 5
The anticipation was killing Lex as she waited for Jacob's response. She had hit send on her last message hours ago, and she was starting to get a little anxious. She had a feeling that Jacob was busy, being a WWE wrestler and all, but she couldn't help but wonder if he was thinking about her. Finally, her phone buzzed with an incoming message. She quickly grabbed it, her heart racing with excitement. "Hey, I'm actually free on Friday," Jacob wrote. "But I have a SmackDown show that night. How about we meet up beforehand? Maybe dinner or something?" Lex's eyes widened as she read the message. She had known that Jacob was a WWE wrestler, but she hadn't realized that he had a show on Friday nights. She thought for a moment, trying to decide if she wanted to meet up with him before the show. She had always been a fan of WWE, and the thought of seeing Jacob in action was tempting. "I'm free on Friday," she typed out, trying to sound casual. "But I have to ask, are you sure you want to meet up before the show? You must be busy getting ready and all that." Jacob responded quickly, his message popping up on her screen. "I'd love to meet up with you before the show," he wrote. "It'll be a great way to calm my nerves before I step into the ring. Plus, I want to get to know you better." Lex smiled to herself as she read Jacob's message. She was starting to feel more and more comfortable around him, despite the fact that they had only met online. She typed out a response, her fingers flying across the keyboard. "Okay, that sounds great," she wrote. "When were you thinking of meeting up?" "I was thinking maybe we could grab dinner around 5 pm?" Jacob suggested. "That way, we can eat and talk before the show. I have a meeting with my manager at 3 pm, but after that, I'm all yours." Lex laughed to herself as she read Jacob's message. She was starting to feel like she was getting the real Jacob, not just the WWE persona. She typed out a response, her fingers trembling with excitement. "Sounds like a plan," she wrote. "I'll meet you at 5 pm. Where do you want to meet?" "I'll send you the address of a great restaurant near the arena," Jacob wrote. "It's one of my favorites, and I think you'll love it. Can't wait to see you on Friday!" As Lex read Jacob's message, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. She was really going to meet Jacob Fatu on Friday, and she was going to get to see him in action at the SmackDown show. She was starting to wonder if this was the start of something special.
