"Lost in the Moment"
Part 6
Cronus' nook clenched as Kankri's lips danced across his, but he ignored the growing discomfort, not wanting to break the spell that had been cast. He wrapped his arms tighter around Kankri, pulling him closer as their kiss deepened. Kankri's body melted into his, their chests pressed together, and Cronus could feel the rapid beating of Kankri's heart. As they kissed, Kankri tried to remember the vow he had made to himself, the promise to take things slow and not rush into anything. But as Cronus' lips and tongue teased his, he found his thoughts growing foggy. He couldn't think straight, couldn't recall the reasons he had wanted to take things slow in the first place. Just as Kankri was getting lost in the kiss, his gaze drifted down, and he spotted a hint of lace peeking out from the top of Cronus' pants. His eyes widened in surprise, and his mind went blank. What was Cronus wearing? And why did the sight of it make his heart skip a beat? Cronus' eyes fluttered open, and he gazed up at Kankri, a soft purr rumbling in the back of his throat. The sound sent shivers down Kankri's spine, and he felt his resolve crumbling. He deepened the kiss, his hands roaming over Cronus' body, and Cronus responded in kind, his own hands slipping under Kankri's shirt. As they kissed, Kankri's thoughts grew more jumbled. He couldn't help but wonder if his vow was worth it. Was taking things slow really that important, or was it just a silly promise he had made to himself? The more he thought about it, the more he realized that he didn't care. All he wanted was to be with Cronus, to explore the feelings that had been growing between them. Cronus' purr grew louder, and Kankri felt his own body responding. He was torn between his desire to take things slow and his growing attraction to Cronus. As they finally broke apart for air, Kankri gazed up at Cronus, his eyes searching for answers. Cronus smiled back, his eyes sparkling with mischief, and Kankri knew that he was in trouble. He had a feeling that he was about to do something he would regret, but he couldn't help himself. He was drawn to Cronus like a moth to flame, and he was powerless to resist.
