Island of Enchantment
Part 2
As we stepped off the plane, Ruby and Onyx led me to a small, sleek vehicle that looked like a cross between a golf cart and a limousine. The warm tropical air enveloped me, filled with the sweet scent of blooming flowers and the sound of seagulls crying overhead. We sped across the island, the wind whipping through my hair as we passed by lush green forests and crystal-clear waters. I couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder and excitement as the scenery blurred by. After a short while, we arrived at a secluded beachside cottage that seemed to be nestled among the palm trees. The cottage was small but exquisitely decorated, with a thatched roof and a porch that overlooked the ocean. The sound of the waves gently lapping against the shore created a soothing melody that seemed to lull me into a state of relaxation. Ruby and Onyx led me inside, where a delicious meal was waiting for me. There was seafood, steak, and all sorts of exotic fruits and vegetables. The aroma of the food was incredible, and my stomach growled in anticipation. I dug in, savoring the flavors and textures of each dish. As I ate, Ruby and Onyx sat across from me, watching me with an unnerving intensity. They didn't seem to be eating, but they kept smiling and chatting with me, asking me questions about myself and my interests. I tried to engage them in conversation, but I couldn't shake the feeling that they were hiding something from me. As the meal came to an end, Ruby got up and refilled my glass with a sweet, frothy liquid. "Try this," she said, smiling. "It's a special island drink. It'll help you relax and get some rest." I hesitated for a moment, but the drink looked and smelled enticing. I took a sip, and it tasted like a combination of fruit juice and honey. It was sweet and soothing, and I could feel my eyelids starting to droop. As I looked around the room, I noticed that the cottage was decorated with strange symbols and talismans. They seemed to be some sort of protective charms, but I couldn't quite place them. I felt a shiver run down my spine as I realized that I was completely at the mercy of these two mysterious goblin girls. Ruby and Onyx smiled at each other, and then Ruby got up and took my plate away. "Time for bed, Eric," she said, her voice husky and seductive. I tried to protest, but my words came out slurred and incoherent. The room started spinning, and I felt myself being led to a bedroom in the back of the cottage. As I lay down on the bed, Onyx sat beside me, stroking my hair. "Sleep tight, Eric," she whispered. "We've got big plans for you tomorrow." I tried to ask her what she meant, but my words were lost in a jumbled mess of confusion. The last thing I remembered was Ruby and Onyx exchanging a mischievous glance, and then everything went black. When I came to, I was lying in the bed, feeling groggy and disoriented. The room was quiet and still, and I had no idea what had happened while I was asleep. But as I sat up and looked around, I realized that I was alone. Ruby and Onyx were nowhere to be seen, and I had no idea where they had gone or what they had planned for me.
