The moon cast its silvery glow over the Mushroom Kingdom, illuminating the quiet streets and homes. Late at night, Mario and Luigi were back at their cozy house, built by the Toads as a token of their appreciation. The brothers had spent the day saving the kingdom, and now they were ready to unwind and get some rest. As they entered their house, Luigi yawned, stretching his arms above his head. "I'm beat, bro. What a day." He headed straight for the bathroom, while Mario made his way to his room. Luigi took a quick shower, then put on his pajamas. He joined Mario in his room, where Mario was brushing his teeth. Luigi noticed that Mario was grinning from ear to ear, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "Hey, bro, what's going on?" Luigi asked, curiosity getting the better of him. "You look like you've won the Mario Kart championship or something." Mario put down his toothbrush and turned to Luigi, still beaming. "I have, bro. I've won something even better than that." Luigi raised an eyebrow. "What is it? Did Princess Peach finally agree to be your racing co-pilot?" Mario chuckled, shaking his head. "No, it's not that. It's just... Peach and I, we... we kissed tonight." Luigi's eyes widened in surprise. "Whoa, that's amazing! I had a feeling something was brewing between you two, but I didn't think it would happen so soon." Mario couldn't contain his excitement. "I know, right? It's been building up for so long, and finally, we just... we did it. And it was amazing, Luigi. The best feeling in the world." Luigi grinned, happy for his brother. "That's awesome, Mario. I'm really happy for you. You deserve it, bro." Mario nodded, still on cloud nine. "Thanks, Luigi. I couldn't have done it without your support. You're the best bro a guy could ask for." The brothers chatted for a bit longer, discussing Mario's feelings and what might happen next with Peach. As they talked, they climbed into bed, ready to get some well-deserved rest after a long day of saving the kingdom. As they drifted off to sleep, Luigi smiled, knowing that his brother was happy.
