"Uncharted Territory"

Part 12

As I walked down the hallway, I couldn't help but think about the conversation I had just had with Osby and Mina. The possibility that Osby might have feelings for me was still lingering in my mind, and I wasn't sure how to process it. I pushed the thoughts aside, focusing on the task at hand, which was to visit the other members of our group. My next stop was Kirishima's room, and as I approached the door, I could hear the sound of weights clinking and grunting coming from inside. I knocked on the door, and a deep voice called out, "Come in!" I pushed open the door and was immediately struck by the sheer amount of workout equipment that filled the room. There were dumbbells, barbells, and even a punching bag hanging from the ceiling. It was clear that Kirishima took his fitness very seriously. "It's very manly, Kirishima, I like it," I said, smiling at him as he stood in the middle of the room, sweat dripping from his brow. For a brief moment, I saw the slightest shade of red creep onto his face, and he looked away, trying to play it cool. "Thank you, Vesper," he muttered, his voice a little softer than usual. I chuckled to myself, amused by Kirishima's reaction. It was not often that I saw him flustered, and I made a mental note to tease him about it later. "Thanks for the compliment, Vesper," Kirishima said, still looking a bit sheepish. "I try to stay in shape." I nodded, taking in the array of equipment once more. "It's clear that you do," I said, smiling. "I'll let you get back to your workout, then." Kirishima nodded, and I turned to leave, feeling a sense of satisfaction at having brightened his day, even if it was just for a moment. As I closed the door behind me, I couldn't help but wonder what other surprises the day might hold. My next stop was Tetsuki's room, and I walked down the hallway, lost in thought. I had a feeling that today was going to be an interesting day, and I was eager to see what other interactions I would have with my friends. I reached Tetsuki's door and knocked, hoping that he would be in a good mood.
