"Laughter and Secrets"

Part 176

Mina's eyes sparkled as she turned to Kirishima, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. "Kirishima, truth or dare?" she asked, her voice filled with excitement. Kirishima raised an eyebrow, but shrugged. "Truth," he said, his voice calm and confident. Mina's grin grew wider. "Okay, here's the question: who do you like?" she asked, her eyes glinting with curiosity. Kirishima's face turned bright red as he looked around the room, his eyes eventually landing on mine. I could feel my own face growing hot as I looked away, trying to play it cool. But Kirishima's eyes locked onto mine, and I could see the truth in them. "You like Vesper," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. I felt my face grow even hotter as I looked down, trying to hide my blush. But to my surprise, Kirishima's face was also red, and he looked like he was about to explode. The room fell silent, with all eyes on us. I could feel everyone's gaze, but I didn't dare look up. Mina's voice broke the silence, her tone filled with excitement. "Aww, Kirishima's got a crush!" she exclaimed, her voice loud and clear. I felt like I was going to die from embarrassment. But Kirishima just looked down, his face still red. "Shut up, Mina," he muttered, his voice barely audible. I couldn't help but giggle, and the tension in the room was broken. As the laughter died down, Amajiki spoke up. "Well, I guess that's one truth that got a lot more serious," he said, his voice filled with amusement. Mina grinned, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Told you it was going to get interesting," she said, her voice filled with satisfaction. The game continued, but the atmosphere in the room had changed. The laughter was still there, but there was also a sense of unease, a sense that secrets were being revealed and feelings were being hurt. I couldn't help but wonder what other truths and dares would be revealed tonight, and how they would affect our little group of friends.
