"Submission"

Part 2

Mori's eyes drooped, exhaustion taking its toll on her battered body. The dim fluorescent light above her bed seemed to hum in sync with her racing thoughts. She had lost count of the hours, but the smartwatch on her bedside table remained her only connection to time. 48 hours left. The countdown seemed to taunt her, each tick a reminder of her vulnerability. As she drifted off into a fitful sleep, the sound of footsteps echoed outside her room. The door creaked open, and Cassius stepped inside. He was dressed in a tailored suit, his piercing blue eyes gleaming with an unnerving intensity. "Time to take your mind off things," he said, his voice low and husky. Mori's heart sank as he approached her bed. She tried to scramble away, but her body felt heavy, unresponsive. Cassius reached out and gently stroked her hair, his touch sending shivers down her spine. "Don't fight it," he whispered, his breath caressing her ear. "You'll only hurt yourself." As he began to undress, Mori felt a wave of panic wash over her. She tried to struggle, but her body seemed paralyzed. Cassius's eyes locked onto hers, and she felt a jolt of fear. He was going to enjoy this. With a detached sense of horror, Mori watched as Cassius disrobed, his chiseled body a testament to his wealth and power. He climbed onto the bed, his movements economical and precise. As he touched her, Mori felt a surge of revulsion. She tried to push him away, but he was too strong. Cassius's eyes seemed to bore into hers, his gaze holding her captive as he took her. The experience was a blur of pain and fear, Mori's mind recoiling from the invasion of her body. She felt like a puppet, her limbs moving without her control. Cassius's breathing was the only sound in the room, his rhythmic gasps a cruel reminder of her helplessness. As he finished, Mori lay there, numb and spent. Cassius climbed off the bed, his eyes glinting with satisfaction. He dressed quickly, his movements efficient. "You'll get used to this," he said, his voice dripping with condescension. "You'll learn to submit." As he turned to leave, Mori felt a wave of despair wash over her. She had 24 hours left. What would Cassius do to her then? The thought sent a shiver down her spine. The door closed behind him, leaving Mori alone in the darkness. The smartwatch on her bedside table seemed to mock her, its countdown timer ticking away with an ominous rhythm. She felt like she was drowning, her sense of self fragmenting with each passing moment. In the silence, Mori realized that she had to find a way to hold on to her sanity. She had to survive. But as she lay there, her body aching and her mind reeling, she wondered if she would ever be free again.
