Part 30

As I regained consciousness, I found myself being carried by Todoroki, my head resting on his shoulder. I tried to lift my head, but a wave of dizziness washed over me, forcing me to nestle back into his warmth. I vaguely remembered Todoroki's Quirk, and I was grateful that he had caught me. The next thing I knew, I was being carried into the classroom, and everyone was staring at me. I could feel their gazes, but I couldn't muster the energy to look up. Deku, Bakugo, and Kirishima seemed to be gazing at me with a mixture of concern and unease, while Kaminari looked worried. Mina and Ochaco squealed in surprise, and Aizawa's eyes widened in shock. Todoroki navigated through the crowd, and I felt a sense of relief as he gently placed me on a bed in the infirmary. I tried to sit up, but a wave of fatigue washed over me, and I lay back down. As I drifted in and out of consciousness, I vaguely remembered hearing Todoroki's voice, reassuring me that I was okay. A short time later, I slowly sat up, feeling a bit more alert. The infirmary was quiet, with only a few students visiting their injured classmates. Class had ended, and I knew I had to head back to the dorms. I stood up, stretching my arm, which still ached from Todoroki's Quirk. As I walked out of the infirmary, I felt a strange sensation in my mind. Osborn's voice whispered in my head, "By the way, Todoroki carried you to the infirmary." His tone sounded a little jealous, and my face flushed with embarrassment. I tried to ignore the comment, but my face remained red. I continued walking towards the dorms, trying to focus on my surroundings rather than Osborn's teasing. As I walked, I couldn't help but think about Todoroki's actions, and how he had taken care of me. I pushed the thoughts aside, focusing on getting back to my room. I had a feeling that I would have to deal with Osborn's jokes later, but for now, I just wanted to rest and recover from the battle.
