Splish Splash Suspicions
Part 3
The warm sun beat down on the Faze members as they excitedly made their way to the water park, their swim trunks and towels in hand. Today was their day off, and they were determined to make the most of it. As they walked, they started competing to see who could go on the most slides before they even entered the park. Lacy claimed she was going to hit every single water slide, while Jason was convinced he could beat her. Once they entered the park and claimed some lockers for their items, the group decided it would be best to break up into smaller groups to go down slides. They had dealt with weird fans trying to pull stunts before, and they didn't want to risk anything today. Jason's group consisted of him, Adapt, and Rage. Jason was practically bouncing with excitement, his eyes shining with anticipation. Rage and Adapt chuckled at him, happy to see their friend so carefree. The three of them had already gone down a few slides and were now taking a break, sipping on slushies they had ordered from a nearby stand. As they searched for seats to lounge in, Rage's eyes scanned the area, and his gaze landed on a familiar figure. Sangwoo, the stranger from the day before, was sitting alone at a table, looking a bit out of place among the rowdy water park crowd. Rage's eyes lit up with interest, and he quickly guided Jason and Adapt over to a row of empty seats. There were three of them, one to Sangwoo's left and two to his right. Rage made a beeline for the seats, his eyes fixed on Sangwoo. Adapt, however, was less than thrilled with the plan. "Hey, guys, maybe we should sit somewhere else," Adapt suggested, trying to steer Rage away from Sangwoo. But Rage was having none of it. He was determined to try and flirt with Sangwoo again, and he wasn't going to let Adapt's reservations get in the way. "Come on, Adapt, don't be a buzzkill," Rage said, plopping down in one of the seats. "It's just a few minutes. We can chat with him and then go back to our day." Jason, oblivious to the tension, sat down beside Rage, his eyes still shining with excitement. "Dude, that water slide was insane! We have to go down it again." Adapt hesitated, his eyes darting to Sangwoo, who was watching them with an unreadable expression. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was off about Sangwoo, and he didn't want to leave Jason and Rage alone with him. But it was too late. Rage was already launching into a charming smile, his eyes locked on Sangwoo as he tried to draw him into conversation. Adapt sighed, resigned, and sat down beside Jason, his eyes fixed on Sangwoo as he waited to see what would happen next.
