Chapter 31: Inches and Insecurities
Part 30
Chapter 31: Inches and Insecurities As Adrian's hand lingered on my cheek, I felt a flutter in my chest, and suddenly, a rather embarrassing question popped into my head. I hesitated for a moment, wondering if I should ask, but my curiosity got the better of me. "So, uhm, how many inches are you exactly?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper, my cheeks flushing with embarrassment. Adrian's eyes widened in surprise, and he burst out laughing, a deep, throaty sound that made me giggle. "Well, I didn't expect that question," he said, still chuckling. "But I suppose it's only fair, considering what we're about to do." I looked away, feeling my face grow even hotter. "I'm sorry, I know it's a bit forward of me," I said, my voice muffled. Adrian's laughter died down, and he gently turned my face back to his. "Don't be sorry," he said, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "I'm happy to answer your questions, no matter how awkward they may seem." He paused, a mischievous grin spreading across his face. "Let's just say I'm...average," he said, his voice playful. I raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Average?" I repeated, my voice skeptical. Adrian chuckled. "Well, I suppose some people might say I'm a bit above average," he said, his eyes glinting with humor. "But I don't want to give you any false expectations. I want you to be prepared for what's to come." I nodded, feeling a mix of relief and curiosity. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was eager to find out. As Adrian's eyes locked onto mine, I could sense a new level of intimacy building between us. We were about to take a huge step, one that would change us both forever. And I couldn't help but wonder if I was ready. Adrian seemed to sense my hesitation, and he leaned in, his voice low and reassuring. "We'll take it slow," he said, his breath whispering against my ear. "I'll make sure you're comfortable, that you're enjoying yourself." I nodded, feeling a surge of gratitude towards him. I knew that I was in good hands, that Adrian would take care of me. And with that knowledge, I felt my insecurities melt away, replaced by a sense of excitement and anticipation. As we lay there, our bodies inches apart, I knew that we were on the cusp of something amazing. And I couldn't wait to see what the future held for us.
