**Chapter 16: A New Beginning**
Part 16
A New Beginning As they stepped into the house, Jacquie felt a sense of warmth and comfort wash over her. The familiar scent of their home filled her nostrils, and she couldn't help but smile as she looked around at the familiar surroundings. Noah took her hand, and they walked into the living room, where they had spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying each other's company. "I need to call Dr. Lee," Noah said, pulling out his phone. "We need to schedule a follow-up appointment and start making plans for the baby." Jacquie nodded, feeling a sense of excitement and nervousness building inside her. She walked over to the couch and sat down, looking around the room with new eyes. Everything seemed different now, as if she was seeing it all for the first time. Noah sat down beside her, putting his arm around her shoulders. "What are you thinking?" he asked, looking down at her with a concerned expression. Jacquie smiled, feeling a sense of wonder wash over her. "I'm thinking about all the changes that are going to happen," she said. "Our lives are going to be so different soon." Noah nodded, pulling her close. "I know it's a lot to take in," he said. "But we're in this together, Jacquie. We'll face it all together." As they sat there, wrapped in each other's arms, Jacquie felt a sense of peace wash over her. She knew that she had a lot to learn, and that there would be challenges ahead. But with Noah by her side, she felt ready to face whatever came their way. Noah pulled back and looked at her, a serious expression on his face. "We need to talk about something," he said. Jacquie raised an eyebrow, feeling a sense of curiosity. "What is it?" she asked. Noah took a deep breath. "I've been thinking about our nursery," he said. "I was thinking we could turn the spare room into a nursery." Jacquie smiled, feeling a sense of excitement. "That sounds perfect," she said. Noah grinned, looking relieved. "I'm glad you like the idea," he said. "I was thinking we could start looking at furniture and decorations this weekend." Jacquie nodded, feeling a sense of anticipation build inside her. She couldn't wait to start preparing for their baby's arrival. As they sat there, talking and laughing, Jacquie felt a sense of joy and excitement wash over her. She knew that their lives were about to change in ways they couldn't even imagine, but she was ready to face it all with Noah by her side.
