**Chapter 1: An Unexpected Gathering**

Part 1

I settled into my favorite spot on the sofa, a steaming bowl of ramen in my hands, and my eyes glued to the TV screen as I watched my favorite show. It was a typical Sunday afternoon, and I was enjoying the peace and quiet of the house. My parents had left for a field trip a day ago, and I was in charge of keeping everything running smoothly until they returned. As the firstborn daughter, it was my responsibility to take care of my little brother, Takemichi, and our home. I had always been a bit of a responsible and caring sibling, making sure Takemichi was fed and on schedule. He could be a bit of a handful sometimes, but I loved him dearly. I remembered when we were kids, Takemichi would always try to imitate me, and I would take care of him when our parents were busy. As we grew older, our bond only grew stronger. As I took a sip of the savory broth, I heard the doorbell ring. I set my bowl down and got up to answer it, expecting it to be a neighbor or perhaps a delivery. But when I opened the door, I was surprised to see Takemichi standing there with a group of people I had never seen before. They looked like a rough bunch, with their leather jackets and tough expressions. Takemichi smiled sheepishly as he pushed his way into the house, followed by his friends. "Hey, sis! I brought some friends over. I hope you don't mind." I raised an eyebrow as I took in the group. There was a tall, blonde-haired boy with a fierce look in his eyes, a boy with striking blue hair and a mischievous grin, and several others who looked just as rough around the edges. I could tell they were part of some sort of gang, and I wasn't sure what to make of them. As they entered the living room, one of them, a boy with spiky black hair and a bold attitude, spoke up. "Mikey: yo michi who's this?" The blonde-haired boy, Baji, chimed in, "Yeah, who is this hot stuff?" Takemichi let out a sigh, "Guys, this is my sister, Soni_moni_dori." The gang's eyes widened in surprise, and they exclaimed in unison, "SISTER?!" I felt a bit self-conscious as I stood there, my hair a striking blonde, similar to Takemichi's, and my eyes a deep, dark blue, a trait I shared with our father. I looked down at my worn-out sweatpants and my oversized t-shirt, feeling a bit underdressed compared to the gang. The only ones who seemed unaffected by my presence were Emma, Takemichi's friend who had been dating him for a while, and Hinata, or Hina, as she was affectionately known. They exchanged a warm smile with me, and I could tell they were in on some sort of secret. As the gang continued to stare at me in surprise, I couldn't help but wonder what Takemichi had gotten himself into this time. I took a deep breath, steeling myself for what was to come, and invited them to sit down. "Would you guys like some ramen? I have plenty to go around." The gang exchanged looks, and Mikey, the black-haired boy, spoke up, "Ramen? Yeah, that sounds awesome!" As they settled in, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. What had Takemichi brought into our home, and how was I going to keep everything under control?
