"A Night of Consequences"
Part 2
James smiled mischievously as he looked at Regulus, who was still sitting on his lap. "So, Regulus, it seems like you've gotten yourself into a bit of trouble," James said, his voice dripping with amusement. Regulus glared at him, but James just chuckled and continued. "Sirius here has decided that you need to be taught a lesson, and I've been volunteered to help with that." Sirius nodded, his expression serious. "James is going to help me make sure you understand the consequences of your actions." James grinned, and Regulus felt a shiver run down his spine. He knew that James was not someone to be trifled with, and that he was capable of coming up with all sorts of creative and often painful punishments. "So, here's the deal," James said, his eyes glinting with excitement. "You're going to spend the rest of the night doing exactly what I say, without question or complaint. And if you do, well... let's just say that you won't be leaving this dorm room for a while." Regulus felt a surge of fear, but Sirius just nodded in agreement. "That's right, Regulus. You're going to listen to James and do exactly as he says. And if you don't, there will be consequences." James leaned forward, his face inches from Regulus'. "And to make it more interesting, I've come up with a special task for you," he whispered. "You're going to have to sing a song of my choice, in front of an audience of our choosing. And you're going to have to do it with a... let's call it a 'unique' twist." Regulus' eyes widened in horror as James pulled out a small piece of paper from his pocket and handed it to Sirius. Sirius scanned it quickly, and then handed it to Regulus. The paper had a single sentence written on it: "You will sing 'I Will Survive' in front of the entire school choir, while wearing a pair of Groucho Marx glasses and a bright pink wig." Regulus' face went white as he looked at James and Sirius, who were both grinning at him like madmen. He knew he was in trouble, and that he was going to have to do exactly as James said if he wanted to get out of this alive.
