"Chapter 200: A Leap of Faith"

Part 200

"Alright, I've had enough of just standing around," Shindo said, his eyes gleaming with a competitive spark as he cracked his knuckles in preparation. "I'm going to show you what I'm capable of. Watch this." With a fierce determination, Shindo charged towards the nearby training dummies, his fists glowing with a soft blue aura. As he approached the first dummy, he unleashed a powerful kick, his leg a blur as it connected with the target. The dummy exploded in a shower of shredded wood and debris, but Shindo didn't stop there. He moved from one dummy to the next, each kick and punch sending the targets flying apart. The sound of crashing wood and crumbling concrete filled the air, accompanied by Shindo's grunts of effort as he pushed himself to his limits. Bakugo raised an eyebrow, his expression a mixture of surprise and curiosity. "Not bad," he said, his voice grudging. "But anyone can brute force their way through a few dummies." Shindo grinned, his eyes flashing with amusement. "Oh? Then why don't you try to keep up with me?" he said, his voice challenging. Without warning, Shindo took off, sprinting across the training area with incredible speed. Bakugo's eyes widened as he realized that Shindo was using some kind of Quirk to enhance his physical abilities. "Hey, wait up!" Bakugo shouted, taking off after Shindo. I followed close behind, my eyes fixed on Shindo's back as he led us on a wild chase through the training area. We weaved in and out of obstacles, dodging and weaving through a series of complex drills. As we ran, Shindo's aura grew stronger, his Quirk output increasing with each passing moment. I could feel the air charged with electricity, and I knew that he was building up to something big. Finally, Shindo skidded to a stop, his chest heaving with exertion. "Alright, that's it," he said, his eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "Now it's your turn." Bakugo and I exchanged a look, and then we charged forward, our Quirks at the ready. The training session had just gotten a lot more interesting.
