**Chapter 4: Descent into Darkness**
Part 4
As I lay there, lost in a sea of despair, the room around me began to change. The walls, once a neutral beige, now seemed to close in on me, their color darkening to a foreboding grey. The air grew thick and heavy, making it hard to breathe. I felt like I was drowning in a swamp of emotions, with no escape in sight. My mind, still reeling from Hange's disappearance, began to play tricks on me. I started to hear whispers, faint at first, but growing louder. The whispers seemed to come from all around me, echoing off the walls. I strained to make out what they were saying, but the words were indistinct, like a foreign language I couldn't understand. The whispers grew louder, more urgent, and I felt my anxiety spike. I tried to sit up, to shake off the feeling of unease, but my body felt heavy, as if weighted down by an invisible force. I was trapped, unable to move, unable to escape the darkness that was closing in around me. Suddenly, the whispers stopped. The room was silent once more. But the silence was oppressive, like a physical presence that pressed down on me. I felt like I was being watched, like unseen eyes were trained on me. I tried to look around, to see if I could catch a glimpse of whoever or whatever was watching me, but my eyes felt like lead weights. I couldn't lift them, couldn't focus. All I could do was lie there, frozen in fear. And then, I saw him. A shadowy figure, tall and imposing, standing in the corner of the room. I tried to scream, but my voice was caught in my throat. The figure didn't move, didn't speak. It just stood there, watching me. I felt a chill run down my spine as I realized that I was not alone. There was something in the room with me, something that didn't want me to be alone anymore. But was it Hange, come back to comfort me? Or was it something else, something sinister? The figure began to move, its presence filling the room. I felt a sense of dread growing inside me, a sense that I was in grave danger. And then, just as suddenly as it had appeared, the figure vanished. The room was silent once more. I was left lying there, my heart racing, my mind reeling. What had just happened? Was I hallucinating, or had something really been in the room with me? I didn't know, but I knew one thing - I had to get out of there. I had to find Hange, to make sure he was okay. I threw off the covers and swung my legs over the side of the bed, my heart still racing with fear. I was determined to find answers, to find Hange, no matter what it took.
