Confrontation Unleashed
Part 5
"Well, to understand what happened, maybe you should let us finish our side of the story first," Tylil angrily stated, his face reddening with frustration. Kai's eye twitched, but he ignored Tylil, his gaze still fixed on Ray. "Please, Ray, continue," he said, his voice calm and encouraging. Bryce quickly budded in, his voice laced with indignation. "This is unfair, Kai. You're not even giving us a chance to tell our side of the story. And another thing, why didn't you even call Tota to your office?" Kai's expression turned stern, his anger rising. "This is my university, and I can decide which story I choose to believe or listen to. And as for Tota, the kid doesn't even understand what happened out there himself. He can't even speak English," he said, his voice firm. Bryce rolled his eyes, a smirk spreading across his face. "Great, so you're just going to take Ray's word for it?" Kai ignored Bryce's sarcasm, his eyes still locked on Ray. "Please, continue," he said. Ray took a deep breath and continued his story, his Taiwanese accent and stutter evident in his words. "I-I was just streaming, and then Tylil came up to me, grabbing me and Tota in a chokehold. I-I didn't know what was going to happen," he stammered. Bryce couldn't resist, and he snickered, mocking Ray's accent and stutter. "Oh, come on, 'I-I' this and 'a-a' that. You're not even making sense, Ray," he sneered. Rakai's eyes widened, a look of alarm on his face. He had done something similar once, and it hadn't gone over well with Kai. He remembered the anger and frustration that had boiled over, and he worried that history was about to repeat itself. And then it did. Kai's anger boiled over, his face reddening with rage. He catapulted himself from his chair, his eyes blazing with fury as he glared at Bryce. "EXPELLED!" he screamed, his voice echoing through the room. Bryce's eyes widened in shock, and Tylil's jaw dropped in amazement. "What the hell, I didn't do anything wrong! You're clearly favoriting Ray, this is so unfair," Bryce complained and demanded, his voice rising in protest. Tylil jumped to his feet, his face pale. "Yeah, this is ridiculous," he said, his voice shaking with anger. The room fell silent, the tension palpable as Kai's anger hung in the air, waiting to erupt again. Rakai took a step back, his eyes fixed on Kai, worried about what might happen next.
