Recovery
Part 4
As Iduna lay on the soft, feathered bed in King Westergaard's palace, she couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over her. The warm, golden light streaming through the windows illuminated the gentle curves of her face, and her brown hair, tangled and matted from her ordeal, seemed to glow with a soft, earthy tone. She had been given a comfortable room, with a warm fire crackling in the hearth, and a delicious meal had been brought to her. For the first time since the shipwreck, Iduna felt like she could finally begin to recover. As she ate, Iduna couldn't help but think about Agnarr, and the pain of his loss still lingered. She had loved him dearly, and his death had left a gaping hole in her heart. But she knew she couldn't dwell on her grief, not now. She had to focus on survival, and on finding a way to reclaim her place in the world. King Westergaard visited her frequently, bringing her gifts and offering her comfort. He was a kind and gentle soul, with a warm smile and a compassionate heart. Iduna found herself drawn to him, and she began to trust him. As the days passed, Iduna grew stronger. She began to take long walks in the gardens, and to explore the palace. She was amazed by the beauty and opulence of the southern isles, and she felt like a kid in a candy store, discovering new wonders every day. But despite her growing strength, Iduna couldn't shake the feeling of sadness that lingered inside her. She missed Agnarr, and she missed her daughters, Elsa and Anna. She wondered what had become of them, and whether they were safe. One day, as she was walking in the gardens, Iduna came across a beautiful fountain. The sound of the water was soothing, and she sat down on a nearby bench, feeling the warm sun on her face. As she sat there, she began to think about her daughters, and about the life she had left behind. She wondered what Elsa's powers were like now, and whether Anna was happy. She thought about the people of Arendelle, and about her friends and advisors. She missed them all, and she longed to be reunited with them. As she sat there, lost in thought, Iduna felt a sense of determination rise up inside her. She would survive, and she would find a way to reclaim her place in the world. She would find out what had become of her daughters, and she would do everything in her power to protect them. The sun was beginning to set, casting a golden glow over the gardens. Iduna stood up, feeling a sense of purpose and resolve. She would get through this, and she would emerge stronger and more resilient than ever. As she walked back to the palace, Iduna felt a sense of hope rising up inside her. She knew that she still had a long way to go, but for the first time since the shipwreck, she felt like she was on the right path. King Westergaard was waiting for her in the palace, a concerned look on his face. "Iduna, I have some news," he said, his voice gentle. "We have received word from one of our scouts, about a young man who is struggling under the rule of his family. His name is Hans, and he is the son of the king of the southern isles." Iduna's ears perked up, and she felt a sense of interest rise up inside her. She knew that she had to learn more about this young man, and about the situation he was in. She leaned forward, her eyes locked on King Westergaard's. "Tell me more," she said, her voice eager.
