**Beyond the Walls of Motherhood**
Part 1
The sun was setting over the vast expanse of wilderness beyond the walls, casting a warm orange glow over the landscape as I trudged along beside Hange, my girlfriend and commander of our Survey Corps squad. As a half-human, half-titan, I had always struggled to find my place in the world. But with Hange by my side, I felt a sense of belonging I had never known before. My sharp titan teeth, similar to those of a tiger, and my powerful claws, reminiscent of a lion's, made me a valuable asset to the squad. But it was my heart that truly made me strong. As we walked, my hand instinctively went to my swollen pouch, where multiple tiny titan hatchlings were growing inside me. It had been a few months since we'd discovered I was pregnant, and every day had been a new challenge. The squad had been supportive, but I could sense the unease that came with having a half-titan, half-human carrying titan offspring. Hange, however, had been my rock, always there to reassure me and keep me safe. We stopped for the night, setting up camp in a small clearing surrounded by towering trees. Hange busied herself with the evening's chores, while I sat down on a nearby rock, my pouch resting heavily on my lap. She finished her tasks and came over to me, a gentle smile on her face. "How are they doing tonight?" she asked, her hand reaching out to gently caress my pouch. I closed my eyes, feeling a surge of love and protectiveness towards my unborn children. "They're restless," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper. Hange leaned in, her lips brushing against my pouch. "I think they're active today," she said, her voice full of wonder. As she kissed my pouch, one of the unborn titan hatchlings pushed against the membrane, causing my pouch to rub against Hange's lips. She laughed, her eyes sparkling with delight. As the days turned into weeks, and the weeks into months, my pregnancy progressed rapidly. Now, nine months along, my pouch was heavily swollen and distended, making every step a challenge. My instincts were taking over, urging me to prepare for the arrival of my little ones. We were on a mission to scout out a new area beyond the walls, but I couldn't shake the feeling that it was time to find a safe place to give birth. Hange noticed the change in me, her brow furrowing with concern. "What's wrong?" she asked, as I stopped suddenly, my claws extending involuntarily. I looked around, my senses on high alert. "I need to find a safe place," I said, my voice low and urgent. "It's time." Hange's eyes widened, but she quickly nodded. "We'll find a place, I promise. We'll get you settled and-" But I was already moving, my body driven by primal instincts. I began to gather twigs and leaves, constructing a large nest in a secluded clearing. Hange followed me, her face set with determination. As I lay down in the nest, my claws extended and my maternal instincts on high alert, I felt a surge of defensiveness wash over me. I was ready to protect my unborn children with my life. And as I settled into the nest, Hange by my side, I knew that nothing would ever be the same again.
