**Chapter 1: A Frail Little Sister**

Part 1

As I walked into the kitchen, I couldn't help but notice my little sister sitting at the table, her blonde hair falling limp around her pale face. Her bright blue eyes, once full of spark and energy, now seemed dull and lifeless. She looked frail, and it broke my heart to see her like this. Our parents were out running errands, and I had been tasked with making her lunch. I opened the fridge and began to rummage through it, trying to decide what to make. As I searched, I couldn't help but think about how much weight she had lost recently. Her usual appetite had disappeared, and she seemed to be getting weaker by the day. I knew I had to do something to help her. As I began to prepare her favorite dish, I had an idea. I had heard that adding certain nutrients to food could give an extra boost of energy. I had been experimenting with some natural supplements, and I thought I could try adding them to her lunch. I carefully measured out a small amount and added it to her food, making sure to mix it in thoroughly. I placed the dish in front of her, and she looked up at me with a faint smile. "Thanks, sis," she whispered, her voice barely audible. I sat down next to her and watched as she took a tentative bite. At first, she seemed hesitant, but as she continued to eat, I could see a spark of energy returning to her eyes. I smiled, feeling a sense of hope that I hadn't felt in weeks. Maybe this was just what she needed to start recovering. As we sat there, I couldn't help but notice the changes in her body. Her breasts, once small and pert, seemed to be growing, becoming fuller and rounder. Her ass, once tiny and compact, was also filling out, becoming more curvaceous. I felt a surge of excitement and pride, knowing that I was helping her to get stronger and healthier. As she finished her lunch, I could see the energy returning to her face. She smiled at me, and I knew that I had made the right decision. I was determined to continue helping her, to do whatever it took to get her back to her old self. And as I looked at her, I knew that I was willing to do whatever it took to make that happen.
