"Morning After the Magic"
Part 19
Caleb slowly opened his eyes, taking in the sight of the girls all still snuggled up around him on the couch. They were all tangled together in a messy heap of arms and legs, with pillows and blankets scattered everywhere. The morning light streaming through the windows highlighted their peaceful faces, and Caleb couldn't help but smile. He gently shifted, trying not to disturb them, but it was no use. As he moved, the girls all stirred, rubbing their eyes and yawning. Cinderella was the first to wake up fully, and she smiled up at Caleb, her eyes shining with happiness. "Good morning," she said, her voice soft and sweet. The other girls slowly came to life, all of them stretching and yawning as they took in their surroundings. Belle was the first to sit up, rubbing her eyes and looking around. "Where are we?" she asked, her voice groggy. Tiana laughed. "We're on the couch, Belle. We had a sleepover." Merida sat up, her hair a tangled mess. "Aye, and it was the best sleepover ever!" she exclaimed. Rapunzel stretched, arching her back and extending her arms. "I'm so hungry," she said. "Is it time for breakfast?" Mulan smiled, getting to her feet. "I think it's time we got some coffee and food going. Who's up for pancakes?" The girls all cheered, and Moana jumped up to help Mulan in the kitchen. Elsa and Anna got up, stretching and yawning as they headed to the bathroom to start their day. Ariel and Jasmine chattered excitedly as they got up, and Sleeping Beauty smiled sleepily as she made her way to the kitchen. Snow White and Pocahontas got up, smiling at Caleb as they headed to join the others. Caleb watched them all, feeling grateful for the chaos and joy they brought to his life. He got up, stretching and yawning as he headed to the kitchen to join the girls. As he walked into the kitchen, he was greeted by the sight of the girls all laughing and chatting as they cooked breakfast. The smell of pancakes and coffee filled the air, and Caleb's stomach growled with hunger. "Good morning, Caleb," Cinderella said, smiling up at him. "We're making pancakes. Do you want some?" Caleb smiled, feeling happy and content. "I'd love some," he said, pulling her into a hug. "And I think I'm going to make this a regular thing. Sleepovers and breakfast with all of you. It feels like home." The girls all smiled and chattered in agreement, and Caleb knew that this was just the beginning of a new chapter in their lives together.
