**A Drunken Confession**
Part 5
Ron broke the silence, his voice low and measured. "Adapt, you met Jason when he was 16, right?" He paused, his eyes locked onto Adapt's face. Adapt nodded, his eyes still fixed on Jason, who was sinking further into himself with each passing moment. "Yeah, that's right," Adapt slurred, his words tumbling out in a drunken mess. "I met him at a gaming event. He was so young and cute... I mean, he still is, but... I don't know, there was just something about him." Adapt's gaze drifted to Jason's lips, and he continued, his voice growing louder and more slurred. "I remember thinking about how soft they looked, and how I wanted to... to... kiss them." Jason's face turned an even deeper shade of crimson, and he looked like he was about to crawl under a rock. Lacy's expression turned from shock to horror as he realized where Adapt's confession was headed. "Adapt, stop," Lacy said, his voice firm but shaking with emotion. "This isn't okay. You were a grown adult, and Jason was a minor. That's not... that's not right." Lacy's eyes locked onto Jason's, and he could see the pain and embarrassment written all over his face. But Adapt just nodded again, his eyes glazing over as he continued his rant. "I know, I know, but I couldn't help it. I was drawn to him, and it's only grown stronger over the years. I mean, have you seen his thighs? They're like... they're like... perfection." Adapt's voice rose to a near-shout, and the others stared at him in horror. Max spoke up, his voice firm. "Adapt, come on, man. That's not cool. Jason was a kid when you met him." Max's expression was a mix of disgust and concern, and he glanced over at Jason, who was still sunk into himself. But Adapt wouldn't budge, his drunken state making him impervious to reason. "I know it's not conventional, but I don't care. I love him, and I think he's the most beautiful person I've ever seen." Adapt's eyes locked onto Jason's, and he took a step forward, his movements unsteady. Silky and Rage exchanged a worried glance, and Silky spoke up, his voice calm but firm. "Adapt, man, you need to stop. This isn't okay. You're making Jason uncomfortable, and it's not right." Rage nodded in agreement, his expression stern. But Adapt just shook his head, his eyes still fixed on Jason. "No, no, you guys don't understand. I've been in love with him for so long, and I just wanted to be honest about it." Adapt's voice cracked, and he looked like he was on the verge of tears. The room fell silent again, the tension thick and heavy. Jason looked like he was about to make a run for it, and the others didn't blame him. Lacy spoke up, his voice firm. "We need to get Adapt to bed. Now." The others nodded in agreement, and they slowly began to move towards Adapt, trying to coax him into leaving the room. As they surrounded Adapt, trying to guide him out, Jason took advantage of the distraction to make a quick exit, his face still flushed with embarrassment. The others watched him go, their expressions a mix of concern and worry. They knew they had to deal with Adapt's behavior, but they also knew it wouldn't be easy.
