**Chapter 2: Rebirth**

Part 2

As I continued to suckle at Hanji's breast, I felt a deep sense of comfort and security wash over me. It was as if I had been transported back to a time before the trauma and pain of my past, before the world had hardened me into the person I was today. Hanji's warm, gentle touch and soothing voice were a balm to my battered soul, and I felt myself melting into her, becoming one with her in a way that was both comforting and unsettling. As I lay there, I became aware of the subtle sounds of the camp around us - the crackling of the fire, the distant howling of wind, and the soft murmur of the other members of Hanji Squad as they went about their duties. It was a cacophony of sounds that was both familiar and foreign, and I felt myself tuning in and out of it as I drifted in and out of consciousness. Hanji's hands stroked my hair, her fingers gently teasing out the tangles and knots that had formed while I was unconscious. Her touch was like a gentle rain, soothing and calming, and I felt myself relaxing into it, my muscles releasing their tension as I let go of my worries and fears. As I lay there, I began to feel a sense of connection to Hanji that went beyond mere physical comfort. It was as if I had been drawn into her world, her reality, and was seeing things through her eyes. I felt a sense of wonder and curiosity, a sense of awe at the world around me that I had not experienced in a long time. Hanji's eyes sparkled with tears as she gazed down at me, her face etched with concern and compassion. "You're safe now," she whispered, her voice barely audible. "You're safe, and I'm here for you." As she spoke, I felt a sense of trust and faith wash over me. I knew that Hanji would do everything in her power to protect me, to keep me safe from harm. And in that moment, I knew that I would do anything to help her, to support her in her quest to understand and defeat the Titans. The hours passed, and I gradually became more aware of my surroundings. I was still weak and disoriented, but I was determined to pull myself together, to become the person I knew I could be. Hanji's support and comfort had given me a newfound sense of purpose, and I was determined to make the most of it. As I looked up at Hanji, I saw that she was smiling at me, her eyes shining with a warm and gentle light. "You're going to be okay," she said, her voice soft and soothing. "You're going to be just fine." And in that moment, I knew that she was right. I was going to be okay, and I was going to face whatever challenges lay ahead with courage and determination. The journey ahead would be difficult, but with Hanji by my side, I knew that I could overcome anything.
