**Chapter 2: Tangled Emotions**
Part 2
The kitchen was still reeling from the sudden commotion, and Seungmin was trying to process what had just happened. Changbin's arm was still wrapped around his shoulders, a possessive gesture that made Seungmin's heart skip a beat. He tried to shake it off, but Changbin only tightened his grip. "Hey, let go," Seungmin said, trying to sound nonchalant despite the butterflies in his stomach. Changbin's eyes flashed, and he leaned in close. "No way, I'm not letting you out of my sight after that," he whispered, his voice low and husky. Seungmin's face grew hot as he tried to wriggle free. "Changbin, stop it. I'm fine." The group was watching, their faces a mixture of amusement and curiosity. Jisung chuckled and said, "Looks like someone's got a little protective streak." Minho intervened, his voice calm and authoritative. "Alright, let's not make a big deal out of this. Seungmin, are you okay?" Seungmin nodded, still trying to extricate himself from Changbin's grasp. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little... overzealous fan, I guess." Changbin's arm remained firmly in place. "Overzealous fan? He was trying to hurt you." Seungmin rolled his eyes. "Changbin, I can handle myself." The two of them began to bicker, their voices rising in a heated exchange. "You always do this, Changbin," Seungmin said, exasperated. "You assume I need your help, and then you go and get all... caveman on me." Changbin snorted. "Caveman? You're the one who's always getting into trouble, Seungmin. I'm just trying to protect you." The group was enjoying the show, exchanging knowing glances and whispering comments. Felix chimed in, "This is better than a soap opera!" Bangchan chuckled. "I think we have a couple of lovesick puppies on our hands." Seungmin's face turned bright red as he realized he was being teased. He shot Changbin a withering look, but the other man just smirked. Minho cleared his throat, trying to regain order. "Alright, let's focus. Seungmin, are you ready to go through with the plan?" Seungmin hesitated, still trying to shake off Changbin's arm. "Yeah... yeah, I'm ready." Changbin's grip on Seungmin's shoulders tightened. "I'm going with him," he said, his voice firm. Minho raised an eyebrow. "Changbin, I'm not sure that's a good idea." But Changbin was insistent. "I'm going," he repeated, his eyes flashing with determination. The group exchanged uneasy glances, sensing that this was going to be a very interesting day.
