**Chapter 9: The Price of Failure**

Part 9

The air seemed to thicken as Bangchan released Hyunjin's wrist and stepped back, his eyes never leaving Hyunjin's face. The sound of the door locking echoed through the room, and Hyunjin's heart sank as he realized he was trapped. Bangchan's movements were fluid and deliberate as he walked back over to Hyunjin, his eyes burning with an intensity that made Hyunjin's skin crawl. Hyunjin's back hit the wall as Bangchan approached him, his hands raised in a futile attempt to defend himself. But Bangchan didn't seem interested in hitting him. Instead, he reached out and pressed his palm against Hyunjin's chest, pinning him to the wall. Hyunjin's breath caught in his throat as Bangchan's face loomed close to his. He could feel the warmth of Bangchan's breath on his skin, and the scent of his cologne filled his nostrils. "You should have succeeded," Bangchan whispered, his voice low and menacing. "You should have gotten the music box." Hyunjin's eyes darted back and forth, searching for an escape that didn't exist. He was trapped, and Bangchan had him right where he wanted him. "I-I'm sorry," Hyunjin stuttered, trying to push Bangchan away. But Bangchan didn't budge. His palm pressed firmly against Hyunjin's chest, holding him in place. "Sorry isn't enough," Bangchan said, his voice dripping with disdain. "You need to learn to obey me, to do what I say without question. And I'm going to teach you, one way or another." Hyunjin's heart was racing, his mind spinning with fear. He knew that he was in grave danger, and that Bangchan's punishment would be severe. He tried to think of a way to escape, but his mind was a blank. All he could do was stand there, pinned to the wall by Bangchan's firm hand. Bangchan's eyes seemed to bore into his soul, and Hyunjin felt like he was drowning in their depths. He knew that he had to think fast, to come up with a plan to escape. But for now, he was at Bangchan's mercy. And that thought sent a shiver down his spine.
