Romantic Revelations
Part 83
As Mina's mischievous grin spread across her face, I felt my cheeks flush with embarrassment. The other girls leaned in, their eyes sparkling with excitement, while the boys on the other side of the quarters held their collective breath, trying not to make a sound. "Sooo who are your love interests rn vesper?" Mina asked, her voice barely above a whisper, but still loud enough to make me cringe. I hesitated, unsure of how to respond. I glanced around the room, hoping to find an escape route or a hole to crawl into. The girls were all staring at me, their faces expectant, while the boys were trying to appear nonchalant, but I could sense their interest. "I...I guess um… Deku, Bakugo, Todoroki, Kaminari, Kirishima, and Shinso?" I replied nervously, my voice barely above a whisper. The room fell silent, with all eyes on me. I could feel my face burning with embarrassment as I realized what I had just said. The girls gasped, their eyes wide with surprise, while the boys looked at each other, their faces a mixture of shock and amusement. Mina's grin grew even wider. "Whoa, Vesper, you're a popular girl!" she exclaimed, her voice dripping with sarcasm. The other girls started to chime in, their voices filled with excitement and curiosity. "Wow, that's a lot of guys!" "Which one do you like the most?" "Are you serious about any of them?" I felt like I was under a microscope, with everyone dissecting my love life. I tried to defend myself, but my words came out jumbled and awkward. "I-I don't know, I just...I care about them, okay?" The boys on the other side of the quarters were now openly listening in, their faces a mixture of amusement and curiosity. Deku looked particularly interested, his eyes fixed on me with a soft expression. Bakugo, on the other hand, looked like he had just sucked on a lemon, his face scrunched up in distaste. Mina leaned in, her voice conspiratorial. "Ooh, Vesper, we need to get to the bottom of this. Which one of them do you have a crush on?" I felt like I was trapped, with no escape from the inquisition. The girls were all staring at me, their eyes sparkling with excitement, while the boys were watching with interest. I took a deep breath, trying to compose myself, but I knew that I was in for a long and awkward night.
