"Osby's First Impressions"
Part 224
As Osby stood before us, I could sense a mix of emotions emanating from him. He seemed both thrilled and terrified at the same time, his eyes darting from one person to another as if searching for something. Mina, always the straightforward one, spoke up first. "Wow, Osby, you're kinda cute," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. Osby's eyes snapped to Mina, and he looked taken aback by her comment. "Thanks, I guess," he replied, his tone a bit awkward. Ochaco, on the other hand, just stared at Osby, her eyes fixed on him as if trying to read his thoughts. Deku and Bakugo exchanged a glance, both of them looking a bit perplexed. Kaminari, ever the jokester, chuckled and whispered something to Kirishima, who grinned in response. Todoroki, however, simply observed Osby with a neutral expression, his eyes narrowing slightly as he took in the entity's features. As I watched Osby interact with my friends, I couldn't help but notice how tall he was. He stood at about the same height as Bakugo, which made him tower over most of us. Ochaco, who was usually so expressive, seemed captivated by Osby's presence, her eyes never leaving his face. "So, Osby," Deku said, breaking the silence, "what do you think of our world?" Osby's gaze lingered on Mina for a moment before he turned to Deku. "It's... different," he said, his voice smooth. "I wasn't expecting so many people, or so much... color." As Osby spoke, I realized that he had been living in a world of darkness and silence for so long. The vibrant colors and sounds of our world must be overwhelming for him. I felt a pang of sympathy for the entity, and I knew that I had to help him adjust to this new reality. "I think we should show him around," I suggested, turning to my friends. "Introduce him to some of the things that make our world special." My friends nodded in agreement, and we set out to give Osby a tour of our world. As we walked, Osby's eyes took in everything around him, his expression a mix of wonder and curiosity. I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and trepidation as I watched him experience our world for the first time.
