"Shared Warmth"
Part 2
As the night deepened, Tavros and Gamzee stood facing each other, the unspoken understanding between them hanging in the air. Gamzee's eyes never left Tavros', and the trollspeaker could feel the weight of that gaze like a physical touch. He tried to look away, but Gamzee's stare was hypnotic, drawing him in with an otherworldly pull. Tavros cleared his throat, trying to break the spell. "Um, I'll get the blankets," he said, turning towards the bed. Gamzee nodded, his smile soft and gentle. "Thanks, Tavros." As Tavros busied himself with the blankets, Gamzee began to undress. Tavros' eyes widened as Gamzee pulled off his shirt, revealing a torso that was both familiar and yet, utterly alien. The troll's skin was a deep, burnished gold, and his muscles rippled beneath the surface as he moved. Tavros felt his heart racing, and he quickly looked away, trying to compose himself. But he couldn't help sneaking glances at Gamzee, who was now standing in front of the bed, his eyes fixed on Tavros. Without a word, Gamzee climbed into bed, his movements fluid and confident. Tavros watched, transfixed, as Gamzee settled into the blankets, his eyes never leaving Tavros' face. Tavros felt a surge of nervousness, and he quickly scrambled into bed beside Gamzee. As they lay there, side by side, Tavros could feel the warmth of Gamzee's body radiating towards him. The troll's eyes were fixed on him, and Tavros could sense a deep, unspoken connection between them. The air was thick with tension, and Tavros knew that he had to say something. But what? He didn't want to break the spell, didn't want to shatter the fragile intimacy that had grown between them. Gamzee seemed to sense his unease, and he reached out, his hand brushing against Tavros'. The touch sent shivers down Tavros' spine, and he felt his heart racing. "Thanks, Tavros," Gamzee said, his voice low and husky. "For letting me in. For sharing your bed." Tavros smiled, feeling a sense of wonder. "Anytime, Gamzee," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. As they lay there, wrapped in the warmth of the bed and the silence of the night, Tavros knew that nothing would ever be the same again. The connection between them was growing, deepening, and he couldn't help but wonder what the future held for them.
