**Reactions and Revelations**
Part 19
"My room was horrible, wasn't it," I said, turning towards Mineta with a self-deprecating smile. I couldn't help but feel a bit embarrassed about the state of my room, and Mineta's amused expression wasn't helping. Mineta's grin faltered for a moment, and he looked at me with a hint of surprise. "What? No, it was fine," he said, chuckling. "I mean, it's just... you don't really get to see people's personal spaces like that, you know?" I shrugged, feeling a bit relieved. "I guess not," I said, trying to downplay the situation. "I just felt like it was really... exposed, you know?" Mineta nodded sympathetically. "Yeah, I get it," he said. "But honestly, I think it's kind of cool that you're so into books. I've never really met anyone who's as into reading as you are." I smiled, feeling a bit more at ease. "Thanks, I guess," I said. "I just really love getting lost in stories, you know?" Katsuki, who had been quietly observing our conversation, suddenly spoke up. "Yeah, well, you're definitely a bookworm," he said, his voice dripping with teasing. "But hey, at least you're not boring." I rolled my eyes, feeling a bit annoyed. "Thanks, I think," I said, trying to keep my cool. Ida, on the other hand, looked at me with a thoughtful expression. "Actually, I think it's interesting that you're so into reading," he said. "It says a lot about your personality, don't you think?" I looked at him uncertainly, not sure what to make of his comment. "I guess so," I said, trying to sound casual. "But what do you mean?" Ida smiled, his eyes shining with curiosity. "Well, just that people who are into reading are often really curious and open-minded," he said. "They're willing to explore new ideas and perspectives, and that's really valuable." I nodded, feeling a bit intrigued. "I never thought of it that way," I said, trying to process Ida's words. As we stood there, chatting and laughing, I couldn't help but feel a sense of camaraderie with my classmates. We were all in this together, and I was starting to realize that maybe this wasn't so bad after all. Jiro, who had been quietly observing our conversation, suddenly spoke up. "Hey, can I ask you guys something?" she said, her voice hesitant. The boys turned to her, their faces curious. "What is it?" Mineta asked. Jiro took a deep breath. "Do you guys... think we're weird now? I mean, now that you've seen our rooms and stuff?" The boys looked at each other, and then back at Jiro. "Weird?" Katsuki repeated, his voice skeptical. "No way, Jiro. We're just... getting to know you guys better, that's all." I nodded in agreement, feeling a bit relieved. "Yeah, exactly," I said. "We're all just trying to figure each other out, right?" The boys nodded, their faces serious. And for a moment, I felt like we were all on the same page, like we were all in this together.
