## Chapter 2: A Night to Remember

Part 2

The grand estate of the school's richest student, Alexander, was buzzing with excitement. The sprawling mansion was decorated with twinkling lights, and the sound of music and laughter filled the air. The whole school had been invited to the party, and it seemed like everyone was there. Rio, with his friends in tow, was among the first to arrive, his charismatic presence commanding attention as he made his way through the crowds. Tyler, Rio's friend and partner-in-crime, grinned mischievously as he scanned the room. "This is going to be epic," he exclaimed, already on the lookout for potential targets for their antics. Rio chuckled, clapping Tyler on the back. "You know it, bro. Let's go find some trouble." Lucas, on the other hand, had only reluctantly agreed to come to the party. His friends had persuaded him to let loose and have some fun, but he was still hesitant, his eyes scanning the room with a mixture of unease and curiosity. As he made his way through the crowds, he spotted Rio, who was holding court near the bar, a group of adoring girls hanging on his every word. Their eyes met, and for a moment, Lucas felt a jolt of tension. He quickly looked away, not wanting to engage with Rio. But as he turned to make his way to the kitchen, he bumped into a group of people, spilling his drink everywhere. Rio, who had been watching Lucas from across the room, chuckled to himself. This was too easy. He excused himself from his group and made his way over to Lucas, who was frantically trying to clean up the mess. "Looks like someone needs a little help," Rio said, a smirk playing on his lips. Lucas glared up at him, his eyes flashing with anger. "I don't need your help," he muttered, trying to brush past Rio. But Rio was having none of it. He reached out and grasped Lucas's arm, his touch sending a spark of electricity through Lucas's body. "Oh, I think you do," he said, his voice low and husky. Lucas tried to shake him off, but Rio held tight, his grip like a vice. As they stood there, locked in a silent struggle, Tyler appeared at Rio's side, a sly grin spreading across his face. "Hey, Rio, I think I just made a bet with you," he said, his voice loud enough for Lucas to hear. Rio raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What kind of bet?" Tyler leaned in, his voice dropping to a whisper. "I bet you can't take advantage of that drunk guy over there," he said, nodding towards Lucas, who was swaying slightly, his eyes glassy. Rio's eyes narrowed, his mind already racing with the possibilities. The music and laughter around them seemed to fade into the background as Rio's gaze locked onto Lucas. He could feel the thrill of excitement building inside him, mixed with a darker, more sinister energy. He glanced at Tyler, a silent understanding passing between them. The night was young, and Rio was ready to take on the challenge. Little did he know, this was just the beginning of a night that would change everything.
